People were nice enough, I think they tried but they’re just not seem to be a lot of upkeep. Leaky doors and windows. If it was winter, it would’ve been miserable. Hot tub was not working. One of the outside door locks did not work so we had to walk around the building to get in. We were right near The dumpster. It was very loud. The door slammed loudly. Not very safe feeling for a mother and daughter traveling alone.

The room was outdated didn’t look anything like the photos. And we had an ant problem in the room, which is very concerning for being April and not summer. Ants were all over the nightstands next to our bed and in the bathroom they were around the toilet paper holder. I called down to the front desk to ask for a different room. It was informed the hotel was sold out, and when I asked for a refund to go somewhere else, I was told I would not get a refund even though I have an issue with the room. The shower also had a punch Mark in the wall. At first, I thought it wasn’t clean properly and there was hair stuck to the shower wall, but there wasn’t it was a divot in the wall. I am extraordinarily disappointed because usually Wyndham has quality hotels this is definitely not a quality hotels spend your money elsewhere.

I rented this room thinking there was a hot tub. The hallways were dark it smelt like smoke and dogs were Barking. There was a lot of trash in parking lot. I was disappointed that I didn't get what I paid for.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating to my need modify my stay. I left a day early and they updated my bill to reflect after a call from Hotels.com. The rooms were spacious and clean. I didn’t have any issues with noise from other rooms. It was a great trip overall.

Happy with our stay.

Pool was perfect a the breakfast was really good. Their waffles, the flavor of the batter is 9/10 so good. The staff very pleasant and ready to help you out. We would def stay again. The Indian restaurant at the hotel food smelled and tasted so very good!

I would expect more in third world country.

Horrible, No maid service, called three times to get more towels, acted put out to bring them to room. Heat LOUD. Carpet in hallway, tripping hazard. Smelled like Cheech and Chong party. Outside door would not close and lock. Holes in walls in hallway. Had to leave early. Could not sleep in room after saw cockroaches on nightstand.

When we checked in I was given my room number and the key cards. I was not told about any amenities. I had to ask about breakfast and the pool. The key cards did not work well. They did not work on the room door. We had them reprogrammed and were told not to put them near our phones. We didn't and at the same time observed others with the same issue.  We went to check out the pool and the reprogrammed cards did not work. We attempted to enter from outside through the nearest door and only one of our cards worked. The room with the washers/dryers had 2 washers and 2 dryers. I was hesitant to use the working washer as the area that holds the detergent was dirty and the cover was missing. In addition, 1 dryer and 1 washer had a sign that they were out of order. I put my clothes in the 1 working washer. Once it was done, I put the clothes in the dryer. I put the coins in, but the machine would not take them. Eventually I was able to force the thing that the coins are in to go further and accept the coins and dry my clothes. This took some time a my Fiancé called the front desk and was told that the maintenance man does not come in until tomorrow. She asked what I should do with the wet clothes that I need to wear. Again, she was told the maintenance man does not come in until tomorrow and there is nothing they can do. So, if I did not get those quarters into the machine I would have been stuck with wet clothes.  Place smelled like weed.
