Kanavan ylin rentoutuminen Pohjois-Kalifornian mäntymetsämaalla tässä Grovelandin lomakodissa. Tilava ja kauniisti sisustettu, se toivottaa vastaan jopa kahdeksan vierasta ja sisältää pääsyn jaetulle uima-altaalle, lähellä oleviin tenniskenttiin ja golfkentälle.

Kuuluessa yksinoikeudella Pine Mountain Lake -yhteisöön, tässä ihastuttavassa asunnossa on kaikki kodin mukavuudet yhdessä loistavan sijainnin kanssa. Voit myös haastaa ryhmäsi hauskaan ilmakiekkoturnaukseen pöydällä, joka sijaitsee yhdessä makuuhuoneessa.

Varmasti osuma ryhmäsi kokin kanssa, runsas keittiö tarjoaa nopeaa ja helppoa ateriavalmistelua ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetuilla laitteilla, runsaasti graniittitasoista ja runsaasti keittiövälineitä. Vaikka nopea pääsy Yosemiten kansallispuistoon on varmasti tämän kodin tärkein myyntikohta, lähiympäristössä on niin paljon tekemistä! Ota hevoskierros paikallisiin polkuihin tai vuokrata kajakkeja tutkimaan Pine Mountain Lake -järviä. We loved this property! Our kids had a great time and there was plenty of room. Close to Yosemite, and Pine Mountain Lake is fabulous! The internet was pretty bad though, and there was barely enough silverware for 6 people for 1 meal, please bring your own dishwasher tabs and detergent for washing clothes.

Perfect family home to enjoy Yosemite

The home was a perfect mix of spacious rooms, fun activities for our kids and comfort for us all! The location was beautiful, in a quiet community teeming with deer and turkeys. The home was well appointed and very clean. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Great Place!!!

We loved this rental and would recommend it for all. It's a comfortable high end home perfect for visiting Yosemite. One thing to note, as perfectly explained in the description if you need to work and rely on WiFi this home is not for you. WiFi speeds varied between 2 to 10 mps. Although our T Mobile was at 40 mps, so that hotspot is a always an option.

Vacasa customer service was not good

Mule Deer Cabin was good but electricity went away one of those days for few hours. Vacasa customer service was okay when called them for help , representative from Vacasa company were inefficient even to find the reservation or answer any questions

The house is exactly the same as the description. The community is very family oriented. The only complain i have is that we are missing remotes for the TV and DVD. So if you are staying for more than 2 days, is best to make sure they are available. Also, they should have bigger pots for the house. For a family that loves to cook, what they provided for cooking will not be sufficient enough. Lastly, management should fix the stove, one stove top is not working.

The house in and of itself was fine. It was spacious, fairly well appointed kitchen, really nice coach in the living room, nice grill on the deck, no major complaints. Location was iffy, the house is in a giant gated compound (10 min drive inside the compound). Waiting times to get in at the gate range between a few minutes and half an hour. Did not appreciate having to pay 50 for parking- we were not aware of this fee when we booked. The managing company (Vacasa) was bad to terrible. The house was at 48F when we got in, as the heat was turned off (took close to 12h to get to a livable temperature). There was no internet the first and last day (worked fine in between, after we complained and they came to fix it). Despite asking repeatedly to have our garbage picked up (it is bear county and there was no bear safe thrash can)- nobody came. We had to keep 3 thrash bags inside the home. We had ordered an Amazon package for the house- they refused to let it be delivered through the gate, despite the fact that we accepted liability. Had to go through major issues and drive 50 min to have it picked up from the closest point- in Sonora. So no, we would not stay here again. The owners may want to consider switching the managing company.

Made the unfortunate mistake of picking this house for celebrating Thanksgiving dinner for our new family of five. The kitchen is the worst stocked kitchen I've been in for a rental house. No ziplock bags, cling film, or storage containers for saving leftovers. No platters of any variety for serving dinners. The only oven safe item was a quarter cake pan. One small mixing bowl. One cutting board. No bottle opener, vegetable peeler, or can opener. Weirdly there were 50,000 steak knives. Wifi was terrible. Single tv was difficult to operate. My kids enjoyed the foosball and air hockey tables. The house was clean. Shampoo, conditioner and soap were provided.

Nice house in north (far) side of the community

We had a nice stay overall. The house is in the north side of the pine lake community, and a bit far from the main entrance. It's close to another entrance which can be used to leave but not enter for guests. The area is quiet and we saw deer lingering around every day. This house itself is nice, but for some reason none of the windows had proper curtains installed. Most of them just had a temporary paper shade that you can buy from HD for about $10, which doesn't block much light. And one downstairs bedroom didn't have a shade at all. This doesn't match the rest of the house. The house has 3 stories. The outside temperature was above 90 degrees when we stayed, and with the A/C on, the downstairs is a bit on the cold side while the upstairs is warm. We saw small paper pieces on the carpet, so not sure if it was thoroughly vacuumed.

Pretty place but bedding was a nightmare & there were no clean ones to change into at night

Nov.2023 -At first the house looked impeccable. The kids were excited to have a loft with games to play with. The house was big and pretty. Nice neighborhood and about 35 minutes to one of Yosemite's entrances.Several cooking utensils and dishes were dirty but we are pretty easy going and just washed everything that we needed. At night, kids were in bed already up in the loft. My husband was getting our bed ready as I was preparing for a restful time cuddling in bed to watch a movie on our laptop but he found lots of hairs throughout the bedding. Not finding clean beeding anywhere, we went to check the beds downstairs... more hairs & a spot of blood! This was getting worse by the bedroom! Exhausted, we called the local office,closed, then called another #. An hour later after talking with different people and sending them pictures, it was obvious that they couldn't/wouldn't do anything to help to get clean bedding that night. The only solution was to 'wait' until the local office would open the next morning. Frustrated, tired and at this point very late at night, we looked for towels that 'appeared' clean and put them on top of the pillows and mattress. Even some of the towels were so obviously dirty that automatically we just put them on the floor! In the morning after, the local office sent someone with clean sheets. They refunded us only the 'cleaning fee'. I hope that this was just a day that the cleaning people didn't do what they were supposed to.

I really liked the cleanliness of the home when we first arrived. The home was in a nice location as it was only a 10 minute drive to the lake and the nearby stores. However, the kitchen could use better quality utensils, pots, and pans. More trash bags would be helpful as well due to the fact that we ran out by the second night of our stay. Lastly our TV in the living room was a bit hard to navigate as there wasn’t a remote and we needed to manually click the buttons on the TV. Other than these minor inconveniences we had a great stay and would stay here in the future.

Groovy Groveland! 2022!

My galavanting gals and I have been coming to Groveland and Yosemite for years. This home was very spacious, a lovely deck with plenty of room for our morning yoga. It is super convenient to the Hetch Hetchy side of Yosemite and striking distance to the Valley. Our only concerns were minor: although the kitchen was well-appointed, you should bring your own salt and other seasonings. The TV had at least 4 remotes and we old gals just couldn't figure it out. Same with the propane BBQ. This minor inconveniences did little to take away from our time there. If you stay a week as we did, you might want more tee towels. Yes, there is a washer/dryer but who wants to do laundry on vacation! If you have kids, this place is definitely for you.

Large place for us all

Nice and spacious. Other people have already mentioned in their reviews...only bummer was the Association does not allow visitors to park in the lot at the lake on weekends. Tough to find parking on the street. Lake too far to walk to.

Much bigger in person

This home was a home away from home. Perfect location and did not even need to go anywhere to play in snow we simply opened the back door and went out with our sleds to play and the best part is the supplies in home wasn’t missing anything. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was there was no cable working so bring your iPads to view tv on other then that we loved our families stay and we look forward to doing it again next vacation . beautiful home

No connectivity...

Had no internet for our stay. Complaint to vacasa multiple times but they couldn't help. Wasn't able to connect with anyone from out there..

Beautiful and Cleanest house!

If you like a beautiful and clean house...I highly recommend it. Even the pictures do not do it justice. It was so spacious for our family of 4. It was one of the cleanest that we have stayed in. The deer were such a sweet surprise. From the house to Yosemite valley floor was about 1 hour and 14 mins. There is a $40.00 fee that is charged when you enter the community that you have to pay outside of VRBO. AT&T service was full bars at 5G. The WIFI worked great. Also, there were no extra cleaning supplies so you might want to bring your own, Overall, we would 100% rent this house again!

Good and not so good -- Depends on your needs

The house was nice with a good kitchen, living room, and deck. the rooms and bathrooms were all satisfactory. However, the window "shades" are made of paper and taped together with blue painters tape ... so if you are staying in the summer you better be an early riser! The dryer broke while we were there ... we called twice and we never heard from the repair person despite being told twice they would contact us ... This was an issue for a family of four. The internet is horrible and we used our phones as hotspots the whole time we were there. Certainly, not the best nor the worst.

Great getaway

Super nice place! Enough beds for all of us and has a cute feel to it. Kitchen was fully prepared, everything was clean and had everything you needed. Would stay here again!

Just what we needed.

This property was just what we needed for our trip to Yosemite with a group of hiking friends. Unfortunately it was much hotter outside than we had planned so many of our hikes in the area were not an option. The drive into Yosemite was well over an hour every day. The house was plenty spacious for all our indoor needs.
