For stays longer than 1 month, our weekly cleaning fee of $420 MXN is required. Upon check-in, a damage deposit is also required. You can choose between a one-time payment of $107 MXN or a retention of $1,500 MXN, which will be refunded at the end of your stay if no damages occur (the refund may take a few days, depending on your banking institution). We love welcoming your furry companions too! To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, we charge a $1,000 MXN pet deposit upon check-in. This amount will be fully refunded as long as no damages or disorder occur during your stay.
