The hotel itself was well-staffed, comfortable, and clean. I had an issue connecting to their WIFI. It could not connect in our room, but I was able to connect in the lobby. Currently, due to the road construction, the location is awful. You'll need an Uber or a Taxi to go anywhere or do anything. Their shuttle service to GDL is good.

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. One of the highlights was the convenient shuttle service they offered to the VFG Arena for the concert we were in town for — it made everything so easy. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.

PROS - Close to the airport, fantastic breakfast, shuttle to airport and ambiance of lobby. CONS - Too close to busy highway, lots of construction around, not much to go see or eat nearby, and there is an awful sewer like smell in the rooms more so in the mornings. Bed sheets and blanket are rough poor quality but bed itself is firm. Kitchen staff was friendly lobby staff not so much.
