The good The hotel is building is fine. Pool area and gym are nice. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was good and the shuttle service was quick and on time. The bad Room was pretty bad. Pretty bad smell the moment we walked in. Bathroom had mold. Tv gad sound but no image. Coffee was dreadful and smelly. The ac unit was super old and kept waking us up at night for how loud it was. I would give it 2.5 if that option existed

Very strong sewage smell outside the hotel. Dirty, stained, and tattered carpetting. Not at all what I have come to enjoy and expect from a Holiday Inn Express, which while basic are normally at least in good condition. I elected NOT to stay. Front desk staff assured me that when Expedia called to request a refund, they would approve the request. Then when Expedia called, they denied the request and refused to issue a refund. So, not a good experience at all.

El desayuno esta increible, el personal te patience bien cuando vajas a desayunar. Los cuartos necesitan un poco mas de limpieza las almohadas necesitan cambiarse hulen mal el pasillo siempre lo veo sucio en todos estos años que me hospedo ahi.

Me gusta llegar ahi cada Diciembre que viajo a Mexico me encantan los chilaquiles con la salsa especial que tienen pero las ultimas veces los cuartos no estan tan limpios no me gusta quejarme pero de verdad que necesitan poner un poco mas de atencion detras de los muebles y Silas se encuentra mucho polvo los espejos por igual creo que nos merecemos llegar a un lugar Limpio y presentable.

Good place to sleep and close to airport, but the smell outside is really bad.

The hotel is fine, but they didn't have tooth paste and brushes. Also, we had few problems with the airport shuttle (leaved us behind) because we were 5 mins after and they left, but front desk should have called us. I understand the need to be punctual, but it's important to have the courtesy for those who may have been busy with last minute packing.
