First off, the staff were nice, professional and very helpful. A shout out Enrique (at reception), Juan (bellhop) and Oswaldo (restaurant waiter), They were very attentive, courteous and responsive. I read about the past reviews of weird odor, I believe it is caused by poor ventilation, considering its an old repurposed building, but it goes away as soon as you turn the AC on. Breakfast buffet was above average. You can also order extra from the kitchen if you want. Location is very convenient, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Only 1/2 km from the Cathedral. There’s also a big market nearby. Very centrally located.

It was very nice stay, we like the attention of the staff. Very close to the city center, confortable room, amazing breakfast and rooftop. They have 24hours car/taxi service that was a plus.

Everyone who works here is very friendly, and the food is good enough to order room service multiple times (certain dishes are better than others, and the bar is very basic in what they can produce... which i would have thought would be much better). The rooms don't have blackout curtains that work well, and are quite small/compact, which makes it tight and harder for couples. The hotel is also located on a very busy main road, and in the center of the downtown market scene, and so there is noise to some degree at all times. Guests looking for a spacious or quiet room should check other hotel options, but if you are traveling alone and are an early bird who wants to be out and about downtown in the heart of all the market activity, then this is a good hotel option that is very safe, clean, and modern.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent—the breakfasts were delicious and of very good quality. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great hotel but the area was a bit isolated and not always safe. Great location and convenient to the main square. Tons of shopping and great food. Can’t stay out late because of location.
