We asked for extra pillows and towels and even an iron and the staff attended to our every call and made our stay excellent and hassle free! We were greeted outside the hotel upon our arrival and we were helped with our luggage. This was our 2nd time staying there and we look forward to staying there again.

An excellent budget hotel in centro historico district of Guadalara. Main plazas, shopping, dining etc within easy walking distance. Hotel sits directly across the street from Plaza Dos Templos. Staff was fantastic; polite, friendly, extra-mile always with a smile. Recommend you get a suite; they face the street and you will have a small balcony, plus natural light. The standard rooms do not have an exterior facing window, the windows face internally so the rooms are dark, but the bathrooms are nice. The bathrooms in a suite are outstanding. Restaurant has good food but breakfast only. The is a small rooftop terrace that is nice, but no service there; byob. The rooftop pool seemed nice but we did not use it. Overall a nice hotel with great staff; we would definitely stay again.

This place is very unique in so many ways. It might not be a very luxurious hotel, but its rustic appearance gives enchanting vibes. From the balcony, I was able to see Los Dos Templos, the pool was very clean, it was close to La Catedral de Guadalajara, it had so many restaurants at walking distance. The staff was super friendly and always attentive to our needs. Overall, our stay was warmth and welcoming.

Cheap basic hotel

Stayed 3 nights for a first-time visits to the city. The hotel is centrally located within a short walk to the main attractions in the city center. It’s a big hotel without many amenities. It’s old and desperately needs an overhaul. Our room was barebone. No glasses, coffee pot, just a TV, bright overhead lights. We didn’t try the restaurant. The roof has a small pool, but it’s a shame that there is no bar as the view across the street to the 2 Templos square is nice. Had to go back down to reception every day as the electronic key didn’t work. The staff were very friendly however.
