This was the second stay at the Santiago and it was good to be back. The hotel is in a great location for visiting historic Guadalajara and there is a vibrant night life in the surrounding streets. The staff are friendly and helpful and spent considerable time assisting me when travel plans unexpectedly changed at the last moment. A big thanks.
