The hotel is centrally located with only a few dollar uber to most of the city sites. Jamie was very helpful in arranging tours and providing recommendations. Lots of good restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance as well. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well maintained.

This is a full-service business hotel. I've stayed here a couple of times before and thoroughly enjoyed. However, their current restaurant prices and quality have made it a "ghost town". Disappointed to say the least.

Quinta Real used to be a high quality boutique hotel. After the acquisition by Camino Real, the quality has diminished. They nicked and dime you for extra coffee pods. The staff is great, but the management of the hotel impacts the guests. The venue also needs some upgrades.

The property itself was nice but I expected more. We were there to celebrate our 25th anniversary sadly the room lacked cleaning and our jacuzzi was broken and dirty. We asked for assistance as the jacuzzi would not turn off. Maintenance man showed up but was unable to help as he stated he was new and was unsure how to fix. He went ahead and completely powered off from breaker. So we were never able to use jacuzzi.
