Inside, the atmosphere feels calm and unhurried - a place to settle in with coffee at the dining table or ease into work at the dedicated workspace. As evening arrives, soft lighting and a relaxed rhythm make it easy to unwind after exploring Guadalajara’s streets.



Living space

This entire condo features an open layout where natural light moves easily between the living and dining areas. Air conditioning and Wifi keep you comfortable and connected, whether you’re spending a productive afternoon indoors or streaming a show on the TV at night. The space invites conversation, quiet focus, or simply stretching out and relaxing at your own pace.



Sleeping arrangements

The condo accommodates up to 6 guests across three bedrooms, each furnished with a bed and designed to offer privacy and rest. Room-darkening shades help create a peaceful environment for sleep, while clothing storage, hangers, and extra pillows and blankets add comfort for both short and extended stays. Three bathrooms make mornings and evenings flow smoothly, giving everyone space for their routines.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen gives you flexibility throughout your stay - prepare breakfast before heading out, assemble a simple lunch between meetings, or share dinner around the dining table. The dining area easily transitions from meals to work sessions or game nights, adapting to the pace of your visit.

Arrival is simple with a private entrance and keypad self check-in. The building includes elevator access, and the condo itself is a single level home with no stairs in home. During your stay, you’ll have access to a pool, gym, and sauna, along with resort access nearby. Free parking garage on premises and free street parking make getting around Guadalajara convenient.



Additional conveniences

Washer and dryer are available for added ease, along with essentials for everyday living. Families will appreciate the crib, Pack ’n play/Travel crib, and children’s books and toys thoughtfully provided. Luggage dropoff allowed and long term stays allowed offer flexibility, and cleaning available during stay helps keep your space comfortable over time.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. The Staff will be able to receive you from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards. We regret to inform you that this unit does not allow access to the gym under any circumstances. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation. For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information: -Dear guest, at the end of your visit, please make sure to leave the access cards inside the apartment, in case of loss or damage, a replacement will be charged.
