When I arrived, the sheets were dirty and stained, which was very disappointing. The toilet paper wasn’t even changed before my arrival, showing a clear lack of attention to cleanliness and basic guest needs. On top of that, the gates weren’t open when I arrived or left, which made coming and going unnecessarily stressful. Overall, a very unpleasant experience and definitely not worth the stay.

Es un hotel muy viejo, el problema más grande es el personal, le falta capacitación, ya que desde la recepción hasta el personal de mantenimiento, es sumamente irrespetuoso y grosero. En mi habitación no funcionaba el aire acondicionado y el baño se encontraba sumamente sucio de las huéspedes anteriores, todos los pasillos son sumamente sucios.

Great location and excellent value hotel

Excellent service and good value accomodations. Clean room and linens. Shampoo etc are in disposable plastic containers, which is not eco-friendly. Breakfast included is excellent value.

Hotel furniture is too old. Air conditioner in the room did not work. Rooms are not clean and smell a bit bad. Terrible marketing for the Wyndham brand. Some hotel photos are fake, example, this hotel does not have a pool.
