Not centered, 10 minute driving from the tour point. Rooms are basic, no temp control, USB port and hair drier. Breakfast is very limited coffee and pancake only. Lost breakfast ticket means no breakfast. Loud sound from the street and next room.

Decepción de amenidades.

El hotel es muy bonito Pero si me lleve una decepción ya que reservamos específicamente este hotel por dos cosas la alberca hice llamada para asegurarme que estuviera en servicio y me comentaron que si estaria en servicio y llegamos y nunca estuvo en servicio y dos el desayuno solo es un gancho para que vayas a su restaurante te ofrecen dos hotcakes minis con una taza de cafe no mas no menos, en general el hotel y la atencion del personal muy bien de ahi en mas si una decepción lo que te prometen en la reservacion ya al fin de cuentas solo fue una habitación de hotel comun.

Muy buena limpieza de las habitaciones, cama y almohadas muy comodas. Zona tranquila, y facilidad para estacionar coche. No nos gustó que No hubo mucha atención e información sobre el desayuno, la piscina estuvo inhabilitada durante nuestra estancia, por lo que No pudimos disfrutarla.

El colchón demasiado duro, las cobijas muy malas, no hay bote de basura en la habitación, no sale mucha agua caliente, habitaciones a lado de la carretera muy ruidoso, las habitaciones no son como se ven en las fotos de la aplicación. Hay muchísima diferencia

Nos dijeron que eramos los clientes #8 del lugar y la verdad nos encanto para regresar . Juan José nos atendio de forma increible e hizo de la estancia un momento agradable. La habiatacion muy comoda y apesar de estar cerca de carretera no se escucha el ruido, las cams limpias y comodas y lo mejor que se valora en gto que son espsciosas. El desayuno (chilaquiles con huevo) muy rico y excelente porcion Nosotros viajamos con mascota pequeña y desconociamos que teniamos que pagar un extra (error mio no preguntar) pero para que lo consideren si viajan con mascota. En cuando alrededor hay restaurantes bonitos, soriana, oxxo y farmacia guadalajara. El hambiente es familiar, acogedor y la decoracion estilo mexicano vale mucho la pena porque estas a 15 min del centro caminando pero aun caminar es un mini tour por la zona. Me quede con las ganas de la alberca pero entendible porque la estaban dejando mucho mejor, ojala a mi regreso ya la pueda aprovechar.

Nos nos dieron la habitación para 3 personas, en su lugae nos dieron una de 2 personas y no nos bajaron el precio, la habitación estaba sucia, tenían polvo las camas, olía a sudor, el fregadero se tapaba y la ducha también tenía poco mantenimiento. El área de la alberca estaba inhabiliitada y sucia. Sugiero un mayor mantenimiento a las habitaciones, pues no coinciden con el precio que estas tienen.

El personal fue muy amable y atento, la comida del restaurante estuvo muy rica, la habitación es como se muestra en la foto y es de fácil acceso. Volvería a elegir ese hotel sin duda.
