Better Experience Elsewhere for this Price Point

The hotel itself is situated in the center of Cayala which made it easy to navigate. However, the restroom door does not close all the way and it made it uncomfortable for everyone to use the restroom as you can see when someone is sitting on the toilet. The shower door also didn't close all the way so a lot of water and ended up leaking out. The elevators shut off and you can get stuck for up to 30 minutes depending on how long it takes for staff to reset it. The staff was amazing. They were so helpful and courteous. The only reason I would come back is for the staff.

Marriott was a total let down, even though, is located on a beautiful part of town, is overpriced, parking is a nightmare, like being in a maze, and staff were not friendly, or give cero help to assist you in ways to navigate, around the place. Breakfast was Not that good, and very expensive. I will never choose them again.

AC Marriot is a good choice for me whenever I visit paseo cayala, the staff is always friendly check in as quick and easy, you walk everywhere, there's parking on property for free, the amenities in the room are very comfortable.

My room floor was not clean, and there were stains all over the carpet in the hallway. Parking was complicated, and the reception was located in a different building from my room. The staff appeared unprofessional and were not very helpful.

Fuimos la familia para Semana Santa y el hotel tenia una alfombra de aserrin hermosisima hecha por los mismos empleados! Una belleza de tradicion! Camas muy comodas. En el desayuno no tienen incluido chocolate pero el resto genial.
