This refined and well-kept property is also ideal for the organization of special events and weddings (there are beautiful rooms which can be rented extra together with the villa for special events).
The villa’s location is convenient for visiting Tuscany and Umbria.

At guests’ disposal: large, well-groomed entirely fenced-in garden with private swimming-pool with hydro massage area (17 x 4,5 m – depth 1,4 m – open from 01/06 through 30/09), furnished outdoor area ideal for al-fresco dining, barbecue.
The villa has a lift connecting the ground and the first level and all of the bedrooms provide satellite TV, safe, mini bar, air-conditioning and ensuite bathroom.

IMPORTANT Villa Gubbio can be rented in two configurations: for 14 guests (7 bedrooms) or 20 guests (10 bedrooms). Rental prices vary based on the number of guests and bedrooms required. For bookings with reduced capacity some bedrooms will remain closed.
