Ole hyvä ja tule luomaan kauniita muistoja hiljattain remontoidussa, hyväpalkkaisessa, ainutlaatuisessa viinimaassa sijaitsevassa retriitissä. Tarjoamme hiljaista, yksityisyyttä ja rauhaa.
Olemme keskeisellä paikalla Venäjän joen viinin nimeämisen sydämessä. Lukuisat viinitilat sijaitsevat Sonoma Countyn kauniiden taustojen varrella. Guernevillen kaupunki ja Venäjän joen rannat ovat 2. 2 km: n päässä loma-asunnosta. Armstrong Woods Redwoodin pyhäkkö on aivan tiellä. Kaunis Tyynenmeren rannikko hwy on vain 15 minuuttia länteen.
Talossa on laajoja ikkunoita lattiasta kattoon ulottuvilla ikkunoilla, joiden avulla voit kokea ulkona kauneuden ollessasi mukavasti olohuoneessa. Takapihalla on uima-allas, poreallas ja bbq sekä 1200 neliömetrin kansi, joka rajoittuu fife-puron päälle. Siellä on myös suuri kaunis puutarha. Siellä on 3 makuuhuonetta ja kaksi kylpyhuonetta sekä yksiöhuoneisto, jossa on täydellinen keittiö. Studiossa on sohva ja pöytä mukavaksi illalliseksi. On ulosvedettävä sänky, joka mahtuu kahdelle aikuiselle tai voit käyttää lasten nukkuma-aluetta. Studiossa ei ole tällä hetkellä omaa ovea. Aivan studion vieressä on erillinen makuuhuone, jossa queen-size-vuode. Talon pääosassa alakerrassa on kaksi makuuhuonetta, joissa parivuode, olohuone ja ruokasali keittiöstä. Koti on myös pesukone ja kuivaaja. Suurimmassa osassa taloa mahtuu 4 henkilöä, kun yläkerrassa on yksi makuuhuone ja yksiömakuuhuone, jossa on keittokomero, johon mahtuu 1-2 aikuista tai suuri alue lapsille.

Riippumatta siitä, mitä nautit .. meillä on se: Kuumailmapallosta viinin maisteluun, retkeilyyn punapuissa, melontaa venäläisellä joella, meren melontaa Jennerissä, roikkumassa rannalla tai rantatien ylittämistä kokea maailmanluokan näkymät , hieno Michelin-tähden ruokasali, ainutlaatuinen lahjaostoksia Duncan Millsilta Healdsburgille ja Sebastopolille. Meillä on jopa vetoketjullinen vuori. Meidän backroads ominaisuus satoja viinitilat Venäjän Rive appellation, Dry Creek appellation ja jos haluat venture yli Calistoga, St Helena, jotta Carneros Valley appellation vain muutamia. Meillä on kaikki mitä voitte ajatella 10 - 20 minuutin ajomatkan päässä, jotta tämä olisi kaikkien aikojen paras loma!
Tämä loma-asunto on saanut loistavaa palautetta uima-altaastaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Johnson's Beach. Not as expected

The stay was not as expected. The pictures on the site are outdated - the house is a different color, the bedrooms have different furniture than the photos. We went in the fall and the backyard was a mess - leaves everywhere including in the pool, the furniture was scattered all over the place. Communication with property manager was slow and at one point unresponsive. No check in or check out instructions were provided without me having to reach out. When we first arrived, we found a few dead bugs on the floor. On the plus side, the house is in good proximity to a lot of amazing things - river, ocean, Sebastopol and Healdsburg. Overall we had a fine stay but was a disappointment with the booking.

Lovely home for families

We had a multigenerational family trip planned around the holidays and wanted to stay somewhere that would be comfortable for all of us. This home is in a great location that is close to town but very peaceful and quiet. We had some concerns about a major storm hitting the area right before we arrived but Shauna was proactive and let us know the storm did not impact the home or accessibility. The home is extremely comfortable and well equipped, highly recommend!

Quick and quiet get a way

Great Place

We had a wonderful stay. We planned to explore the area more and the house is in such a great location to do so, but the backyard and pool were so pleasant we barely left. Nice and spacious home that was perfect for our group.

Comfortable, pretty house

My family enjoyed our stay here. The house is lovely. We came at the end of a week-long heat wave, so we thought the unheated pool would be a bit warmer, but at least it was refreshing that day. Once the heat wave ended, the pool wasn't so inviting, which was too bad, since that is what we'd planned on doing. The AC units throughout the place worked well, and once the heat wave ended, we just turned them off and opened windows in the late afternoon, and it was perfect. We had a few walks/hikes in Armstrong Redwood Park, just a mile up the road. The house was decorated very nicely, and it had everything we needed. Very comfortable.

Excellent family vacation home

We had a wonderful time visiting this home. The house was clean, nicely decorated, pool was lovely, hot tub was perfection. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and exactly what we needed to unwind.

Peaceful, spacious retreat

Our family (5 adults, 4 kids ages 2-4) stayed here for a week and were so pleased. The space is great for multiple families. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. The pool, hot tub, fire pit, backyard, and indoor spaces have us so many great options to hangout. The location was also a fabulous jumping off point to explore the area and close to many wonderful spots for hiking, swimming, and eating!

Wonderful Property in Guerneville

This property is a wonderful place to stay in Sonoma County. It is spacious and beautifully decorated, with many thoughtful touches including fresh flowers on the table. The backyard is an incredibly welcoming space. Once back there, it is hard to leave, even though Sonoma County offers so many things to do. The location in Guerneville is perfect for getting to the redwoods, the coast and many wineries. It is only about a 25 minute drive through beautiful countryside to charming Healdsburg. I also can’t say enough good things about the host and her communication with us. Every email and question was answered graciously and within minutes. I highly recommend this house for a stay in Sonoma County!

Beautiful home!

My family and I had a lovely Thanksgiving holiday at this home. The home was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, the backyard was expansive and fenced in so my dog could enjoy. We hiked Armstrong park two days in a row. Smart Pizza downtown was an awesome dinner one night. 100% would stay here again. The host is so incredibly responsive, and even left breakfast pastry for us in the fridge upon checkin! Thank you!

Girls getaway!

What a beautiful home, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating, tables and places to gather and enjoy! The hot tub was fabulous, with a quick cold plunge in the pool. We enjoyed the local hiking area just down the street and the well stocked kitchen was perfect for our chefs in the kitchen. I’d highly recommend the house!

Never wanted to leave!

This home was perfect for our family get together. Plenty of space for everyone inside, but we basically spent all our time outdoors, enjoying the pool and hot in, stargazing at the fire pit, and relaxing in the beautiful weather. This spot had everything we needed to cook larger meals at home.

Fabulous Retreat

This location provided our group of mom friends a wonderful location for a getaway. Extremely comfortable beds, and furniture. Well thought out kitchen. Pool was invigorating, and a nice complement to the hot tub. We didn't even explore the area, just relaxed, cooked, and unplugged. Power in the area went out one morning, but the neighbors filled us in on what was going on. Communicating with Shauna was very easy and her prompt replies were comforting.
