Welcome to Royal Palms 206, a direct Gulf-front condo on the 2nd floor with a private balcony and panoramic views of emerald water and sugar-white sand. We’re local owners and are hands-on with our condo—keeping it clean, comfortable, and ready for a relaxing family beach vacation.

One of the best features for families is the drive-up access to the 2nd-floor level, so unloading is quick and easy without waiting on elevators. Plus, keyless entry makes check-in simple—no keys to pick up or keep track of.

PARKING INFO (PLEASE READ)
- Two parking spaces allowed per reservation
- One parking pass is included with your reservation
- An additional parking pass may be purchased if needed
- Parking permits are required — each vehicle must have a parking permit at all times

IMPORTANT: The turn up the ramp to the 2nd-floor parking is very tight. We strongly recommend oversized/large vehicles do not park on the 2nd floor.

LOCATION (LESS CROWDED BEACH!)
Royal Palms is located next to Gulf State Park & the Fishing Pier, which means this stretch of beach is typically less crowded than many other areas of Gulf Shores—perfect for families who want more space to spread out and enjoy the shoreline.

SMOKE-FREE POLICY
- No smoking in the unit or on the balcony.
- Smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking area located near the BBQ grills on the east side of the building.

Perfect spot for a relaxing get away

We stayed in 206 and it was so easily accessible and we didn't have to mess with the elevator (bonus!) but were not on the ground floor so the view was amazing. Everything was super comfortable and convenient to everything we wanted to do. Will definitely stay here again next time we come to Gulf Shores!

Very Nice place. Very Clean. Close to gulf state park where spent a lot of time on the trails riding our bikes. Being on the balcony sitting drinking our morning coffee was an added bonus! Thanks for a great stay.

Very ideal for small children and the location was ideal for having littles on the trip as well. Simple check in / check out. Everything went smooth. No complaints. If had I to nag something it would be the public beach access people use and kinda gets in the view/way of condo visitors. Still not as crowed as you’d think.

Wonderful experience

We really enjoyed our stay at the Royal Palm location. We had an awesome view of the Gulf and were right next to the Gulf State Park and pier. The condo was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. Our host Jason was great to work with and communicated promptly with us. We felt very welcome and at home.

We loved the location. The bed was very comfortable. All amenities were just as expected/advertised. The beach was wonderful, loaded with seashells and sand-dollars. We watched dolphins swimming by everyday from the balcony. Great place to vacation!

Spectacular View

The view was beautiful. Had many meals on the balcony overlooking the gulf. Only a rocks throw to the beach. The condo was clean and efficient. Jason was great to check on us, making sure we had everything we needed and not to hesitate to call. Also enjoyed the sauna that was available at the facility. Can't wait to go back again.
