Welcome to Royal Palms 206, a direct Gulf-front condo on the 2nd floor with a private balcony and panoramic views of emerald water and sugar-white sand. We’re local owners and are hands-on with our condo—keeping it clean, comfortable, and ready for a relaxing family beach vacation.
One of the best features for families is the drive-up access to the 2nd-floor level, so unloading is quick and easy without waiting on elevators. Plus, keyless entry makes check-in simple—no keys to pick up or keep track of.

PARKING INFO (PLEASE READ)
- Two parking spaces allowed per reservation
- One parking pass is included with your reservation
- An additional parking pass may be purchased if needed
- Parking permits are required — each vehicle must have a parking permit at all times
IMPORTANT: The turn up the ramp to the 2nd-floor parking is very tight. We strongly recommend oversized/large vehicles do not park on the 2nd floor.
LOCATION (LESS CROWDED BEACH!)
Royal Palms is located next to Gulf State Park & the Fishing Pier, which means this stretch of beach is typically less crowded than many other areas of Gulf Shores—perfect for families who want more space to spread out and enjoy the shoreline.
SMOKE-FREE POLICY
- No smoking in the unit or on the balcony.
- Smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking area located near the BBQ grills on the east side of the building.
