Great condo.... Unreliable elevator.

We really enjoyed the the condo itself. Beautiful views, comfortable layout, well stocked. The elevator was a disappointment. Down when we arrived, down when we left, down a few times in between. This needs to be communicated by the rental company. We were on the 6th floor.

Family of four summer getaway

The condo was very nice, it had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer. We were on the sixth floor with the most gorgeous view of the ocean and beach. We saw dolphins every morning. The condo had really everything we needed, from cooking pans, mixing bowls, a toaster, all cooking utensils and coffee pot. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfy. Being right on the beach was absolutely amazing!! Thank you for a great place to stay!!

Great overall property. Very close to beach, but I would of preferred a little more beach in front of us. Condo was very nice. Bedroom setup was perfect for us. The enclosed balcony was not what we were used to but did enjoy that.

Pros vs Cons

There was no paper towels, only one roll of TP for each bathroom. There was no dish towel to wash dishes and the stick finger prints wasn't cleaned off the windows from the last rental. Plenty of Utensils and dishes. Great location.

My family absolutely loved the location of the condo. We were at the pool or beach within a short elevator ride. The view as you walked into the condo was the best. I enjoyed my morning coffee every morning when sitting on the enclosed balcony. I would highly recommend staying here!!!

Great week away

Family of five (all over 16) came for a week to enjoy the Alabama shores. It never disappoints. The condo was nice, perfectly equipped for a week’s stay and close to Gulf Shores main attractions and restaurants. And we loved how the pool and ocean were literally just out back with the bay out the front door. Beautiful views.

Worth the money to be on the beach

Small issue with the door code not working when we arrived but was resolved quickly. Everyone was very friendly wherever we went. Plenty of space for our family and lots to do for kids of all ages. Loved the area and we most certainly will be back!

VERY NICE CONDO

The property is one of the older structures here, but very well kept. Check in was a breeze except the key code we were given wasn't working, but a quick call to Randy and he updated the code remotely and we were in. The kitchen is well equipped with newer appliances including the washer and dryer in the entryway. A larger family (it was just my wife and me) would have more than plenty of room. The balcony is enclosed and provided a great view of the beach and gulf. The beautiful tree slice table and stools provide a nice place to sip coffee while watching the pelicans, seagulls, and occasional Bottlenose in the early morning before the beaches start getting populated with people. Opening the sliding windows allows you to hear the surf sounds. There are two bedrooms and the master is separated by a door with access to one of the two bathrooms and a side entrance to the balcony. The other bedroom is set up more for kids, but another couple could easily fit in and have their own bath. Then there is the sofa bed. We didn't use it, so can't say if it's good or bad. Wifi was faster than expected, so you can stay in touch with the rest of the world. But you probably won't want to... LOL The pool, patio, and beach is well kept as well. The beach is a nice size, but could get a bit crowded during peak times. But that's typical of beach condos. There are security guards on the property which gives you some assurance about leaving some things in your vehicle and not being disturbed by rowdy guests in the middle of the night. Location is nice and you are close to the restaurants and shops, but enough off center to be quiet. Overall, there could be a few updates like USB charging and more outlets for our electronics we all are tied to, bit otherwise this is a very nice place to spend your week at the Gulf! Thanks to Randy and the owners for providing a great stay for us!

Excellent place to stay

This is an excellent location, closest to the beach, the pool is great for the children. The kitchen has all the supplies. The kids bedroom has some kind of a pet or mold? smell. The curtain rod on main bedroom could be better quality it was broke/bent the day we checked in. Some of the furniture and pillows had a bad smell ( we did not use). In general For a vacation its a good place that needs to be taken care of.

Awesome location

Our trip to this condo was great. Location was amazing and we've been to Gulf Shores for about 6 times. This condo was the shortest most convenient walk to the water out of any of our stays. Close to the night life only about a mile from some of our favorite restaurants and surf shops. Great stay!

Great Time!

Property was clean. The location to to the beach could not be any better. The pool was nice and on the way to the beach. Great for the young kids. My only complaint is the pullout couch mattress. Not even close to being comfortable. we had to adapt and overcome for an adult to sleep. View was outstanding. Would rent again.
