Our room was really nice and cozy enjoyed to the fullest.The pool area was clean the hot tubs needed work did not work properly and hand rail on the inside hot tub was very loose made it difficult to get in and out of the tub.Also had trouble with parking pass in which cost 40 .oo because wrong parking passes was given.And if I hadn't came down when I did to go to store my vehicle would have been towed.But was able to purchase a parking pass from security.And was able to resolve fairly quick .
