Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The property itself was nice however the balcony had not been cleaned with cigar roaches and crab shells everywhere and the bedding was horrible . The tv would not work and there was no WiFi . I reached out for support and got none whatsoever . The smoke detector had also been removed . I sent photos to Vacasa and got only an automated response.

The commode didn’t work when we arrived and it took two days to get it fixed… I had to clean the entire condo on arrival… There were crumbs on the counters and the floors had not been swept. The bathrooms didn’t look to have been cleaned either. The tv didn’t work in master bed and it took three days to get it fixed… This is the dirtiest condo we have ever stayed in at Sea Oats. There were also roaches in the kitchen area which we have never experienced while staying at Sea Oats.

We enjoyed our mini vacay. Lots of things to do near by. Very friendly neighbors. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Very short walk across the street to the beach.

Property Mangers Don't Care About Upkeep

Mattresses need updated. Wifi needs fixed. Wouldn't even appear when searched. The entry way to every room was broken. I was afraid my kids would cut their feet. The sliding doors to the balcony barely open. You had to fight with them to get them to budge open at all. The open electrical in the ceiling of the master needs a fan, light, SOMETHING rather than wires hanging from the ceiling. There weren't enough bath towels or wash clothes for our stay AT ALL. We had 6 people and there weren't enough towels to begin with or any back ups. No extra toilet paper. The floors were dirty upon entry. My feet were black soon after I took my shoes off. Sand everywhere, excessively. The mattress for the pull out had dirt on it. No comforters for any of the beds or extras. lankets. for the pull out.

Great spot!

We really enjoyed this vacation condo! The location was great. We walked to both the beach and bay within minutes. There was plenty of space for my family of 5. The kitchen could use some organizing but it’s very well stocked. Loved having the washer and dryer. I loved sitting on the balcony the most!! The light did need to be replaced but other than that, it was my favorite spot. The 2nd bedroom sliding glass doors that lead outside is very hard to open. My least favorite thing was that the wifi didn’t work at all. The wifi name wasn’t even listed as an option to connect with. Lastly, it needs to be more clear about how to get to the specific unit. Once you find the entrance and the units front door, you’ll need to know about turning the deadbolt as you try to open it. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo

Condo was very clean and very comfortable. Only real area where we felt it was lacking was in the view from the balcony which they only have so much control over. Other than that, though, it is a great unit. Easy check-in and check-out, comfortable furniture, very clean, easy beach, bay and pool access. Would stay here again, and happy to recommend to others.

lack of timely response

No WiFi for the entire stay. One tv didn't work at all. One remote had dead batteries. Called 800 number and outlined problems. Lady said she was preparing ticket for supervisory personnel. New got a response. I should get a credit for a reasonable amount due to lack of WiFi.

FAILED to meet our expectations

Our family has used several VRBO properties over the years and this was our worst experience. I spent more time on my phone with the management company as well as the internet provider than I ever have before. This property advertised that it had WiFi. One of the features we needed for our trip. After several conversations with the management company as well as the internet provider finally 3 days into our stay someone came and set up the WiFi. As soon as they left it dropped off of our devices. This was to be a working trip for me so this was a huge inconvenience. There were no dish towels. I informed them of that and was told’ “well they usually only leave just one”. One would have been better than none. I never received any dish towels. The blender leaked which they did remedy with a replacement the next day. I have to use the blender to make my husbands medicine so it is important to us, Someone parked in our assigned parking place and even though we contacted management with a picture of the car and license plate the only thing they did was tell us to park in our other spot but didn’t tell us where it was. It is also not mentioned that you must climb two flights of stairs to get to this unit. The access to the beach and the pier behind the unit was nice.

Good, for a long weekend away from work

This was a great value for a long weekend type stay, as long as you don't have any internet work dependencies. The property is a nice balance in the sense it's far away from the the hustle of Hangout area, but close enough it's an easy drive to the entertainment district. The described internet was unavailable and using a mobile phone hotspot for internet is not good performance on the beach. There some strange floor leak in the door of the master bedroom, we tried to reach Vacasa to report the maintenance issue a couple times with no answers via phone or live text. Again, if you're a low maintenance person/people, this is a great value.

Great location!

Unit is as described with two bedrooms and baths, very close to beach access. Do have to climb stairs to enter hallway into unit’s front door. Our visit was a short one and this unit met our needs.

Happy it worked out

I was a bit concerned when we first arrived on property because the building reminded me of an apartment building. Once inside the condo I was very pleasantly suprised and had a good stay. My biggest issue was the kids staying above us running around and could be heard through the ceiling all evening and into the night and the adults walking sounded like they didnt walk on feet, just heels.
