Highlights

Rare Find! Beachfront 2-bedroom, pet-friendly, private house! If having privacy and being right on the beach is what you are looking for, then Haver's Silvertop is your perfect destination. This adorable one bath gem is located in quiet Fort Morgan and is just the getaway location you are looking for!

The Space

Enjoy a peaceful, gulf front getaway in this 2 bedroom, 1 bath beach bungalow. Upon arrival, the first thing you'll notice is the breathtaking "million-dollar" view from the deck! It just doesn't get any better than this! When you enter the cottage, you'll notice the open concept and the beachy colorful décor. The living area features comfy furniture, and there's seating for six at the dining table. You'll really appreciate the new hard surface flooring throughout the entire house.

The full kitchen is bright and cheery and ready for you to prepare simple meals. The beach theme continues in both the King (new mattress November 2024) and Queen bedrooms where the sound of the ocean waves may lull you into a restful night's sleep. Haver's Silvertop has one full bath.

* Renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Fort Morgan

Located a scenic 15 miles from Gulf Shores, you'll find everything you need close at hand. Dollar General and Sassy Bass Market are just a few miles away and have all the basics you might need. There are several restaurants nearby offering a variety of tasty dishes. Tacky Jack's, Sassy Bass (2 locations), Coast and brand-new Jesse's (opening soon) to name a few. Some venues even offer live, local entertainment.

Fort Morgan fishing pier is now open, and anglers will have access to convenient inshore fishing and the abundant species locally available.

Be sure and visit nearby Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge with over 7,000 acres of coastal habit. You'll be able to hike through the preserve and observe local flora and fauna. There are 4 trails, varying in size and terrain, and you'll definitely want to make time to visit this natural oasis.

The house on the beach was a perfect place to land for my family and dog. It was spring break and the beach was not crowed at all however it was a very cool spring break. We could not figure out the streaming on the family room tv (Netflix) but did in the bedroom so that was fine. The WiFi is very spotty. The kitchen is equipped with everything I needed however there are no spices whatsoever. So bring your own salt and pepper, and any other spices. Dish soaps, trash bags too. There is a dollar general nearby and it sells wine as well. Also Wal Mart will deliver so we had our groceries delivered when we got there and that worked great. I had to call the management company and they were friendly, helpful, and experienced. Great place to stay!!

The host was very welcoming . And the little house was lovely and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked,too! The location was perfect! Right on the beach! I was grateful to be able to bring our two small pups ,too! The king size mattress could use a cushy topper to make it a little more comfortable-my only suggestion! Great little getaway cottage!!!

Perfect beach cottage

This was perfect for our family of four (five if you count the shih tzu!) It was the perfect size, and the location can't be beat. We love Fort Morgan and the orginal smaller style beach cottages there - it's what going to the beach as a kid with your family should be. I am a "sit on the beach and read under an umbrella as much as possible" gal, and honestly? This house is so close to the shore that sitting on the porch was just as good. (Which was amazing with two young kids to corral.) We plan to return!

Happy place!!!

Great house, great location! My husband and I took a quick getaway trip with our furbabies and enjoyed our stay throughly! The house felt like home. :) The gated porch was our favorite! We could sit in the sun or shade with our pups. The house was well stocked and the beach was ours (private property - houses on 2nd and 3rd row had to use public access).

Beach House

Wonderful stay right on the dog friendly beach. Love the dog friendly deck with a gate so pet can run free. House was very clean and well stocked. Bring your own condiments and spices ( salt, pepper, sugar, coffee etc ) . Hope to stay again, hopefully much longer if they have snow bird rates.

2nd time here! Still love!

Still perfect for a couple and a couple of pups. This is our second time at this house and it only got better. The owners did some upgrades. The beds are more comfortable, the floor was upgraded and more chairs added to the patio since our last stay. Immaculate view as before. Quiet and peaceful. Will be returning for a third time!! Thank you for hosting us for the long weekend.

Location is Paradise!

The house was simply perfect for us- we had only 3 people and a fur baby, who loved the beach as much as we did! You CANNOT beat the location- less than 50 steps to our tent and a few more to the water! We stayed out most days and watched the sunset. The only negative was the wifi connection. We had nights and several rainy days to binge watch tv, but it would continually freeze or cut off and take 3 times as long to watch one program, which was very frustrating! Ultimately, we were there for the beach, but tv in our downtime is nice, also! Wish they could get a better service provider! Other than that - a fantastic place to stay! P.S.- we cooked most nights and had everything we needed except a can opener! 🙂

Perfect, quiet beach stay

A well-maintained, quiet and relaxing beach cottage. Our family had a wonderful time and appreciated the lack of crowds. The beach is literally steps away. Property manager was super responsive and a big help. We would definitely stay here again.

Steps from the water!

This cozy beach bungalow was the perfect getaway for us and our fur babies! You couldn’t ask for a better location. It was right on the beach, maybe 20 steps to dip your toes in the water. The only complaint we had was the bed was uncomfortable and hurt my husband’s back. However, the management team was aware and tried to help. They reached out to the owner and learned there was a topper on the bed. We took it off, and the bed was much better… still not the best. The house was very clean, and it had everything we needed. Bravo to the management team. You guys were awesome throughout the entire process!! It was a wonderful family vacation, and we would definitely book again!

It was pretty sweet

Nice little house right next to the beach. The beach was amazing. We had a grand view from the balcony and could even see fireworks down the beach toward Gulf Shores. My only issue was a miscommunication from the property manager telling us there was a charcoal grill on site. Accordingly, I provisioned to grill. At arrival no grill could be located. I was informed it had to be removed for insurance reasons. This left me with supplies I did not need for food I could not cook properly. We adapted and ate in foley at Lamberts III and Mellow Mushroom. Both are great places.

Perfect!

It was just what we needed and more. We never used the spare room but would be ideal for a group of 3-4. The kitchen and laundry area had what we needed, slight dip in the floor so watch your step. The dogs knew it was home after a day. They would walk up when they were tired from the sand. Garden hose available to rinse off! We got to the point where we didn't know if we enjoyed our toes in the sand or our porch view! So close to the beach!!

Paradise

This was the perfect house for my wife & me. While it's a drive toward the end of Ft. Morgan, it's well worth it as the beach is private and we were just steps to the Gulf. We'll definitely be back.
