Nice staff but that's about it

We needed a place to stay for the night as we were passing through and this hotel had good reviews so I booked it. This hotel is old, no elevator, the bed squeaked, and while I didn't use the hair dryer, it was visibly broken/missing pieces. The pictures make it look much nicer and don't expect any mountain views like the description says. I will give it credit for the nice staff but that's about it.

Great hotel stay! Property was very clean and attractive. Room was clean and comfortable. Gentleman at the front desk was super nice and friendly. Pool and hot tub were nice as well. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

I asked if I could be have first floor instead of second and was told no. Pillows were very uncomfortable. One of the headboards in the room would make all kinds of noise when both getting on and off the bed and then when showering the tub would make noise like it was going to break every time you moved when showering. I have stayed here numerous times and have never been disappointed like I was this time around.

Ok, for the price

Alpine Inn appears to have recently been "remodeled". I have never been there before, so I don't know to what extent. It was overall clean and in decent condition. Unfortunately, the walls seemed to have been made of cardboard. Combine that with some less than considerate neighbors and we could hear every cough, slamming drawer, slamming door, and toilet flush.

The breakfast was very sad we saw coffee, 2 muffins and a couple of bagels that was it, we had to have our room keys fixed twice because they wouldn’t work. Our room was a conjoining room and our neighbors sounded like they were in our room talking when we were trying to sleep, was disappointed there was no towels in the pool area so had to use our room towels.

Place was clean. Staff was nice. Family ran and that was a nice little extra touch to the place. Host was I think there daughter and was was very nice and attentive to guest needs and easy checking. We will most definitely stay there again.

I so enjoyed my stay at the Alpine Inn & Suites. My room was very comfortable and clean. The bed was very nice, helping me to sleep well. The staff was friendly and helpful, from the time I arrived in the early evening to checking out the next morning. I would love to stay there again! Thank you Alpine Inn & Suites!
