A block from Spring Garden and a walk to all major downtown attractions, this 1 bdr unit offers lots of natural light, fully equipped kitchen, linens ,queen bed, sofa , 4k tv, cable. Walk to convention center, mall , restaurants , bars, grocery, universities, museums, Lower water street etc This is a historic, quiet & very safe area of Halifax South. 

The apartment is located in a historic building in a safe part of Halifax South! It’s a one bedroom plus open concept kitchen/living area. This unit does not share walls with other units. Lots of windows on both sides. Very quiet !

Guests are renting the whole apartment and includes all the comforts of home! Access any time of the day using our lock box entry or we could also meet you !

Both myself and my husband are available 24/7. I teach and my husband works in construction (and a baker/contestant on the Great Canadian Baking Show). We spend summers in Cape Breton!

This neighbourhood is a historic and very safe part of Halifax South.

2 min walk to the public gardens.

2 min walk to Spring Garden Road (restaurants, mall, movie theatre, grocery)

5 min walk to Citadel Hill

5 min walk to the public library

15 minute walk to markets and lower water street.

This rental is perfectly situated for an immersive Halifax stay. Fine dining, Arts, culture, history, parks and an amazing waterfront. The unit is well appointed, with everything you could possibly need. ENJOY!

Everything was great. The apartment was very clean and so well equipped. The location is fantastic. Lots of amenities very close by and a short walk to most attractions. Only one small thing could improve upon our stay and that would be better bedding. Maybe some lighter blankets for summer weather and some new pillows.I would definitely recommend this property.

LADIES Getaway

Attractions, Grocery Store, Liquor Store, everyting you need is within walking distance. Parking was a plus especially downtown. A very cute little apartment and the shower was amazing.
