Villa One, positioned on the front left of the collection, features a king four-poster bed, spa ensuite, cathedral ceilings, fireplace and full kitchen.

Enjoy a quiet, self-contained setting just a short walk to cafés, restaurants and Grampians walking trails, the perfect base to relax and explore.

Welcome to Mountainside Villas, a peaceful collection of four private, self-contained villas nestled at the foot of the Grampians in Halls Gap.

Villa One is positioned on the front left of the collection, offering easy access while still enjoying a quiet setting.

Designed for couples, the open plan villa features a king four-poster bed, spa ensuite, cathedral ceilings and a cosy fireplace for cooler mountain evenings. The full kitchen makes longer stays easy and the spacious lounge and dining area provide plenty of room to relax.

Undercover parking is shared with Villa 3 located in between the two villas.

Mountainside Villas are located in a leafy pocket of Halls Gap, approximately 1km from the village centre. Cafés, restaurants, shops and walking trails are all within easy reach, while the Grampians National Park surrounds the area with stunning scenery and wildlife.

Kangaroos and native birdlife are often seen nearby, particularly at dawn and dusk.

Our villas are designed for a couple seeking comfort, space and a relaxed base to explore the Grampians, whether you're here for hiking, food and wine, or simply slowing down.

Mountainside Villas are located in a quiet, leafy pocket of Halls Gap, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Grampians National Park. The villa is just a short walk or few minutes’ drive to the village centre, where you’ll find welcoming cafés, restaurants, local shops, and essential services.

Halls Gap is known for its abundant wildlife and it’s common to see kangaroos, cockatoos, and deer nearby, especially in the mornings and evenings. The area offers easy access to some of the Grampians’ most iconic walking trails, lookouts, and natural attractions including Venus Baths, Mackenzie Falls, and The Pinnacle.

Despite its peaceful setting, everything you need is close by, making it an ideal base to explore the region or simply relax and enjoy the slower pace and mountain surroundings.

Each villa includes a dedicated undercover car space, providing convenient, weather-protected parking just a short walk from your entrance.

Halls Gap is a small and easy town to navigate. The main street, cafés, restaurants, and local shops are approximately a 10–15 minute walk on the sealed path or a few minutes’ drive from the villas.
