We visited Hamilton for our close friend's vow renewal at the Carmen Centre. So we stayed a night. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet so we had a good night rest. Would definitely recommend.

We did not eat at the hotel but I understand the food is great! Everything was wonderful except for the parking. We arrived late and there was not a parking spot to be found other than across the street in overflow parking.

Room was spacious but wasn’t worth the $280 for 1 night Went to Baci for Breakfast ( Their restaurant) Server didn’t know if there was caraway in the rye and didn’t offer to find out but said there was no seeds in it. When the toast arrived it very clearly had caraway in it. Eggs were very over cooked, bacon sausage were also over cooked and tasted like rubber. My wife got an overcooked omelette Overall a very poor experience all around Room was $280 Breakfast was $50

My only frustration is getting breakfast is not easy - no one picking up the phone at the restaurant several times I stayed here - getting directed to coffee at 2nd floor in the morning when I wanted brewed urn to my room. Front desk staff great - male staff in restaurant one morning was helpful - he was the only one. Checking in and out easy. Cookies at the counter a nice touch.

For the price disappointed-- Coffee maker didn't work. Toilet paper roll kept falling off. Hard to find parking because off wedding and 80 year old driver had to walk quite a ways. No grab bar in shower. Supper could have been better. Bed high. Hard to get into. Good . Floors weren't sticky. Nice shower but no fan. Good mattress. Clean. Great shampoo etc.

Clean room, however bathtub plug was broken so didn’t get to use the jacuzzi also some peeling paint in the shower- otherwise all staff interacted with was excellent, including housekeeping was very great in the morning queued an elevator for me without thinking twice- very great service. wish security deposit situation was more clear as I had to pay twice even though when I called ahead was told it would only be once (mostly my own fault had to book the nights individually as I wasn’t sure if I would be able to stay both nights when initially booking for the one night) however facilities are amazing, pool was nice , the latte and coffee machine was the bomb very nice variety. Overall would stay again!!

When I stayed. The room was clean at first sight, and thought the rest of the room as well. The lobby staff was nice. Was here for a wedding so the hall next door was also beautiful. If u want to have a wedding here I would do so for a good price.

Friendly staff, but far too expensive to stay the night for a wedding. Check-in is at 3, most weddings start shortly after… leaving you barely enough time to do anything in your room. So, you’re basically paying for a bed. And, the Monday was a holiday - so breakfast was limited and first come first serve. All in all, we should never have paid $250 for a parking lot view and apples for breakfast.
