Our problem was that I had a medical emergency on July 19 and surgery on July 23, was discharged on July 25 but was deemed unable to walk, etc., and so were not able to use the room and attend the wedding - however, we were unable to cancel our booking as there was a ‘No Cancellation’ clause per Expedia’s ruling - so unfortunately we could not enjoy your amenities! If there is anyway we can be refunded the $150 - it would go a long way to resume cordial relations with your organization. Please respond via email or letter - Thank you

We were hiking the Bruce trail and location was perfect. Easy access to dining, close to the trail and easy access to trail heads from the motel. Breakfast was everything we needed to start our day. Staff were helpful with any needs we had.

As soon as we walked in the hotel, this staff said that we reserved a room upstairs, that is so pathetic, how would we know that we reserve the room upstairs or downstairs before we get to the hotel, they were insisting that they would charge us more money if they give us a room downstairs and they still wouldn’t do it so we ended up being stuck upstairs going up and down the stairs without an elevator, very inconveniencing, as well as the staff attitude, was horrible, especially the Management

The room was really noisy all night traffic noise through the walls.The breakfast was really bad right down to the coffee.Large groups of people smoking and drinking in the parking lot.Will never stay there again.Would not recommend this comfort inn.
