The first room wasn’t properly cleaned in the bathroom, which made me skeptical about the overall quality of cleaning. I had a bad allergic reaction. It seemed like the rooms were dusty or maybe even had pets. The staff was very friendly, but there was no daily housekeeping. On the bright side, the breakfast was great and perfect for a family.

Great location for travellers coming from Toronto down to Niagara Falls and over into the US. Hotel room was large and clean, the only thing is the breakfast would benefit from some more choices such as bacon

The room was in excellent condition and very modern, spacious. The cost included breakfast that had hot and cold items, so that was good. We had a few drinks at the bar, which though small, was welcoming and comfortable. All staff at the front desk, dining room and bar were friendly and very professional. The hotel is also close to the major highways for travel. I would totally recommend this hotel.
