Cassandra went over and above Friday evening accommodating a missing fridge from our room, however after showers in the morning we realize that the plumbing was backed up in the sink and the bathtub. Deplorable conditions, but the staff made it right by refunding our second night

The limited amenities have much room for improvement. The two WiFi networks available do not work. The bathroom fan didn't work. The elevator had garbage and spilled drinks in it. The coffee available is terrible. Otherwise, the room looked/smelled clean and the staff I dealt with were all very friendly/hospitable.

There is not much to like. This property is a dump. Free breakfast is a joke, as if you can find someone at the front desk they will hand you a pkg. That's your breakfast!

With over fifty years of travelling this would be my third poor review and with that I am being generous . I would expect more in third world accommodations . No towels or face cloths provided until requested , would not provide ice buckets for ice machine , no lobby or dining room ,breakfast was a dry croissant an orange and a granola bar ,sat outside on a rock surrounded by homeless people. I could go on but what is the point . I will never come here again !

I stayed two nights there but they were too dirty, sink was clocked, they had a breakfast like breakfast one box and there was an apple, apple juice and one croissant also they didn’t have food area, you have to eat it in you room and many things. It was bad experience for us.
