Located along the Keuka Wine Trail, this home offers convenience, views and so much more. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is ideal for a family retreat to the Finger Lakes. Swimming pool will be available by July 1, 2025. Just 2 miles to Depot Park where you can enjoy swimming, kayaking or taking a boat tour on Keuka Lake.

Step into this home and you will immediately see the splendid view of Keuka Lake from the large open kitchen and living room. To the left of the living room you will notice the large formal dining area, perfect for your family gathering. Relax and enjoy that new favorite bottle of local wine and spirits. Ideally located near the Point of the Bluff Vineyard, Dr, Franks's, Bully Hill, Krookid Tusker and so much more. Both bedrooms are on the main floor of this home while the second floor houses the second bathroom and laundry area. This spacious home is a great place to relax and unwind both inside and outdoors. There is an inground swimming pool that will be ready for your enjoyment by July 1 2025. Just off the living room is a deck offering a BBQ grill, seating, and of course, the most perfect view of Keuka Lake. Wander the 10-acre property where there is plenty of space for your outdoor activities. Please note the perimeters are fenced.

1. No pets allowed in the pool.
2. Bathing suits only in the swimming pool no colored T-shirts no denim shorts.
3. We do not provide beach towels you will need to supply your own. Please do not take our white linens to the pool.
4. Please take bag trash to the receptacles at the end of the driveway.
5. Check-in is at 4 PM checkout is at 10 AM.. due to the volume and the time it takes to turn over this Home we cannot allow for early check-in’s in the busy season

We really felt that the house had many issues that needed to be addressed before they rented. In the master bedroom the bed was very high, and I almost fell climbing in because the rug slid out from under me. They showed an out side grill we couldn't use because it was filthy. The hallway light was out and we couldn't find the switch for the out side light which made it very dark coming in and out of the house. The downstairs toilet backed up on us. The shower door in the main bathroom was hard to operate. The TV in the main bedroom was not working and the managers could not provide a solution. The main thermostat was very hard to operate and finally they did come and replace it. It could be a very nice place if they fix these issues and had included more instructions.
