Charming 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with outdoor private pool and firepit. The backyard has a newly paved deck, perfect for relaxation and entertaining or having a delicious barbecue. The finished basement is perfect for rainy days or just relaxing and having fun with comfortable seating, pool table, bar, flat screen TV, board games and a beautiful marble bathroom with a luxurious and rejuvenating rain shower and body sprayers. The main living space has an open concept and is welcoming to all. Every bedroom has bright window(s) and brand new furnishings. It has 2- zone central air conditioning. It is centrally located near beaches, waterfront restaurants, antique shops, fishing and town as well as the Long Island Railroad and Hampton Jitney. With a car you can drive to the wineries, Southampton or shop at the outlets in Riverhead. Enjoying the Hamptons from this home is the perfect way to spend your vacation!!.

Pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day at minimum. Inquire if booking during other times. We hope you love this home as much as we do!!

Easy check in. Great family home that is well maintained and clean. Easy communication with the host. Located in beach community of Hampton Bays only 90 mins from NYC. Great WiFi service. Pool is lovely!

Quiet neighborhood Gem

We stayed at this property for three weeks. Elizabeth, the owner, couldn't be more helpful and was always available. The pool and outdoor area are beautiful and perfect for entertaining! Very comfortable and enjoyable!
