Lower level features a full bathroom, lounge area with TV, trundle bed, kitchenette, laundry, a second double door fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is also high speed internet / strong WIFI throughout. It is a perfect getaway for a family of 8/9 and has ample dining and entertaining areas. Nestled on the gateway from Cold Spring Pond to the great Peconic Bay the property is a 5 minute walk to its beach. Set sail from your private dock on your boat or private charter and dock at local restaurants such as Cowfish, Rumba and Canal Cafe all of which are minutes away and The Famous Lobster Inn Restaurant is a short 5 minute walk or boat away. Boat rentals are available in the area yet staying home will not disappoint. There are 3 different dining areas to enjoy, 2 inside and 1 outside. Grilling on the deck or beach will offer spectacular, panoramic sunset views to take in with your cocktails.
