HAD REQUESED FIRST FLOOR, STARTED US OUT ON 3RD FLOOR.. SETTLED FOR 2ND. POOL WAS NOT OPEN. PARKING WAS ON THE OTHER END OF THE LOT EVEN THOUGH HARDLY ANY OTHERS RENTERS. NOISY FROM BANGING KIDS AND STAFF - BUILDING ECHOS BADLY. ROOM WAS CLEAN AND WELL TAKEN CARE OF. SETUP WAS GREAT AND HAD EVERYTHIMG NEEDED.

The beds are extremely uncomfortable, they are hard as a rock, the pillows were super flat no volume. The room was very nice, the kitchen table was a huge amenity as well as the kitchen sink. The stairs were way to much carrier bags and not suited for everyone. I did not realize how many stairs there were possibly my fault for not looking more into it. I like the place but simply do to the beds being so uncomfortable i chose to leave a day early.

Management was very helpful and through. Staff in office was awesome. Check in was easy and efficient. Room was clean and spacous, kitchenette was added bonus. Great location to enjoy Hampton Beach, comfortable room, walkable to beach and local strip.

Off-season gem

We got a last minute reservation, were quite happy with the room and the property. It was a very comfortable room. Being the off-season, it was quiet, which we like. (Not sure how the high-season would compare) It's in easy walking distance of the beach and several stores and restaurants.
