Located just one block from the ocean and boardwalk, this bright and breezy second-floor suite puts you right in the heart of downtown Hampton Beach.

Enjoy easy access to beaches, shops, restaurants, parks, and live entertainment, all just a short stroll away.

Make yourself at home at The Salty Oyster—your coastal escape awaits!

The Space:
The suite features three comfortable bedrooms, one full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private deck—perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying a relaxing evening breeze.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire suite. The Salty Oyster comes with 1 parking space. Parking is along the white fence directly in front of the building. There are three total spots, one for each unit. You can park in any of the three open spots. PARKING IS VERY TIGHT! If you bring a large or additional vehicles you will need to find parking in a lot nearby. The boardwalk has parking lots within walking distance. There is also the Hampton Park & Ride where you can park overnight for free which is only a few minutes down the road.

The Neighborhood:
The Salty Oyster is located on a dead end quiet street. We are 500 feet from Ocean Blvd which is the main boardwalk for downtown Hampton. The ocean is also right across the street from us.

Getting Around:
The Salty Oyster comes with 1 parking space. Parking is along the white fence directly in front of the building. There are three total spots, one for each unit. You can park in any of the three open spots. PARKING IS VERY TIGHT! If you bring a large or additional vehicles you will need to find parking in a lot nearby. The boardwalk has parking lots within walking distance. There is also the Hampton Park & Ride where you can park overnight for free which is only a few minutes down the road.

Other Things to Note:
This building is perfect for hosting large family gatherings, weddings, etc of up to 15 people. Feel free to reach out for more information.

Great little spot!

This property was amazing! We had gone with some close friends and had a 1 year old and four year old! Everything being on one floor with no access to stairs was great along with the deck being completely enclosed! The only flaw I would say was the ac situation. It was a mini split in the main living space and unfortunately the cold air was unable to reach the bedrooms which was made near impossible with the doors closed at night. Still a great place to stay overall! And the owner did supply many fans!

Perfect spot

We stayed one night because we were seeing a show at Bernie’s beach bar, wish we could stay longer. House was immaculately clean, AC was blasting. The deck is so chill and a great asset. We took a tiki golf cart to town, you can walk but the cart was fu Would def stay again with a larger group for a long weekend.

Perfect location!

Great communication with the property owner. Walking distance to all the fun activities. Beautiful place to stay. Absolutely loved hanging out on the balcony in the morning for coffee & in the evening to relax.

UNH Graduation

We stayed at the Salty Oyster off-season for our daughter's graduation from UNH. Since this was not a typical beach vacation, we did not get to enjoy the area. However, I can say that this is a great location with quick, easy access to Hampton beach. The Salty Oyster was very clean, the kitchen was updated and stocked, the beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was very quiet, the host was easy to communicate with, check in was a breeze. My only fyi to renters is that the dead-end road is very narrow as is the flight of stairs up to the unit.

Great location and great property! It was super clean. Decor was great! Loved the open kitchen / family room! Our favorite spot was the deck! Loved that we could each have our own bedroom. Would definitely stay again!

Fam getaway

We had a quick trip. Only 3 out of the 5 of the fam actually stayed over as the others had other commitments and drove home. Little cooler than we hoped but the deck was perfect. After all, it is April. A bit windy but sitting out there with a light sweatshirt was perfect. Even got a little pink from the sun. 😊😊
