T������m�� kaksikerroksinen talo on ilmastointi kaikissa makuuhuoneissa - harvinainen ominaisuus koteihinsa Hanalei. Jokainen sviitti on suunniteltu t�������ydellistä yksityisyytt�� ajatellen ja siin��� on oma kylpyhuone. Kauaian Kamani -tyyppisten porrasportaiden viereen toisessa kerroksessa on n�������������kymät ruokasalustalta, viihtyisä olohuone ja upea Ipe lanai. Myös toisessa kerroksessa on kolmas A / C-makuuhuone, jossa on kolme erillist��� vuodetta, joita voidaan käyttää keikikselle tai muuntaa toinen king-vuode. Palveluihin kuuluu TV: n, DVD-soitin, pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, täysin varustettu keittiö, lanai vuoristomaisemilla, BBQ, kattotuuletin, ilmainen WiFi ja paljon muuta!

On pesuhuone ja täysi ruostumaton teräs, t��ysin varustettu keittiö yläkerrassa samoin. Uskomme, että aterioiden valmistelu on t��rke����� osa loma-asunnoista ja haluat sinun olevan hauskaa, helppoa ja ikimuistoista.

Olemme käyttäneet paikallista viidakonmurta, Mo'a (ja koskaan l��sn������� mutta ei koskaan samaa Kauai Roosteria) inspiraationa uuden talon väreille. Luonto on rohkea ja h������mmästytt���������vä, joten p��ätimme antaa voiman! Meidän kukko kampa punaiset lattiat ovat häikäisevi���� ja inspiroivia, kun tumma puun trimmaus ja trooppinen puu aksentti ja luonnollinen liuskekivi kylpyhuoneet tuovat earthiness yleiseen suunnitteluun talon. Meillä on maine puhtaudesta ja tarjoamme kaiken mitä tarvitset kotiisi Hanaleissa.

Ulkopuoli on vehreä��� maisemaa ja kehystetty yksityisyydelle. Vaikka olemme Hanalein kautta kulkevalla päätiellä, kun pä��set Hanalei Waterfall Housen porttiin, sinut kuljetetaan toiseen ulottuvuuteen. Loved staying at this location. House is spacious. So nice sitting on lanai and looking at the mountains of Kauai. Shops and restaurants right across the street! Walkable to beach as well.

Amazing vacation

We had the most amazing vacation. The house was so perfect for our needs. We had 4 adults and 4 kids and we had plenty of room. The location can’t be beat. It was a 5 min walk to beach. A few min drive so a dozen other beaches. Food, coffee, shaved ice, grocery store and little shops right across the street and within a block or two. The view is so pretty. You can see waterfalls off the back deck and sometimes catch some rainbows too. So beautiful. I already want to plan another stay next summer!

We just adored our stay. We took our two adults sons and their girlfriends and just loved this beautiful, perfectly located house. Well supplied, comfortable beds, lovely view, gorgeous color throughout, and a property management crew who took good care of us. We would love to come back next year!

Great spot right in Hanalei

The house was perfect for what we needed. Excellent location as we were right in the heart of Hanalei and so close to all coffee shops and shopping and restaurants. A quick walk to the beach or a bike ride. Buggy at the house made it easy to bring the beach chairs and umbrella to the beach as well. They have thought of everything.

Amazing Week at Waterfall House

What a great week we had staying here to celebrate my wife's 50th! House is beautiful, amazing views, walk to everything in Hanalei! Has everything you would want for beach vacation waiting for you when you get there- chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, beach toys and even beach cruisers. Plus you get a concierge to help you plan all your adventures!

A lovely stay in Hanalei

This two-level home is off the main drag in Hanalei — across from shops and food trucks. It’s a lovely quiet spot in this sleepy north shore town. The second-floor lanai has a spectacular view of the mountains. You can get to the beach in 10 or 15 minutes by foot. Great restaurants and bars — including Tahiti Nui — are just a quick walk. A great spot and a great stay. No complaints whatsoever.

Hanalei Waterfalls dream!

We were a party of 8 with teens. Perfect location to walk to shops, food and the beach. The house had everything you needed. Wagon to haul the items, snorkel gear and boards. We loved the location and the view of the waterfalls was priceless. We saw two rainbows from the balcony! House was perfect size and was very cozy! We would definitely stay here again! 5 stars. The house is beautiful and cozy - it has great island energy. We were amazed with the beautiful mountain views [FOUR WATERFALLS] off the back porch where we enjoyed our morning coffee. Its close proximity to town and short walk to the beach were exactly what we wanted in a house and the AC in the bedroom was a huge plus. We will be back!

Waterfall House

Great location in Hanalei. As stated, it's about a 10m walk to the beach. 3 bikes in various states of repair allowed for a quicker trip to town once you navigated the first stretch of street where there is not much room for bikes on the road. Pull cart with chairs and umbrellas were a nice touch. no snorkel gear when we stayed here. 1 of the 2 bogey boards was broken, but likely not the owner's fault. The house was 'loud'. Downstairs you definitely knew when someone was awake and moving around upstairs. 3rd bedroom upstairs had a funky bathroom setup with the toilet and sink literally in the shower. Views out the back towards the waterfalls were great, but slightly obscured by the growth of the trees in the yard. Everything else was great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house has an unusual layout but is very spacious. It seems like it may have been a commercial building that was converted. The location is good, except for the road noise. It is quite loud - even at night and early morning. I don't like air conditioning so wanted to sleep with the windows open, and was frequently awakened by the cars and trucks lumbering along the road. The parking is also a bit of a challenge. We rented a small SUV and it barely fit in the parking space and there was not much room to walk between the car and the house. This could be remedied by trimming some of the bushes. The view was nice for sure and we did enjoy the porch.

The view from the back deck was beautiful and a great place for morning coffee! I would absolutely stay there again. There were a couple things, however. In one of the ads ( I think it was advertised on a couple different sites) the house was advertised as 2 blocks from the beach which it is.... but only as the crow flies. It was actually a few blocks further because there are no shortcuts straight to the beach so we had to walk the roadway, taking a longer route.The only other concern was the noise of the traffic as the house is situated along the main route around Kauai. The place was lovely, though. We also met the owner who was also lovely and very helpful as were the Coldwell Banker staff. Loved the huge dining room table and all the windows! Great place!

Nestled right in the heart of Hanalei Bay on the enchanting island of Kauai, our stay was nothing short of remarkable. Many a morning and evening were spent lost in reverie, soaking in the beauty that surrounded us. One of the standout features of our stay was the accessibility to Hanalei's vibrant downtown. With an array of restaurants within walking distance, we found ourselves indulging in delectable local fare without the hassle of driving. Additionally, the provision of bikes added a delightful touch, allowing for exploration of the area at our own leisurely pace. Of course, no review of Hanalei would be complete without mentioning the omnipresent chorus of roosters. While the occasional noise from the nearby road was noticeable, it paled in comparison to the symphony of crowing roosters that is synonymous with island life. But hey, that's all part of the charm, and certainly not something unique to this particular accommodation. In summary, our experience was nothing short of unforgettable.
