The best hotel I’ve stayed in in Hà Nội

Everything is squeaky clean, including the bathroom, and my room was ginormous so the house cleaning service is awesome Not soundproof, but generally quiet (if the hallway windows are closed at night) Wifi can get spotty Sometimes, the towels are really soft and thick which is nice The staff pays attention to the smallest details, so if you want to be treated well by reception and staff, this is the hotel for you

Perfect Clean Nice Luxury Brand New! Hotel

Acturally the place is not good to go traveling Hanoi though room was perfect. Clean, calm, servicd good, kind, the hotel is for lomg term stayed people but I could stay a day. I recommend who want to stay a luxury residencial hotel also visiting for business. Next time I will go again for sure.

The hotel with balcony filled with green leaves which makes us feel relaxed and close to nature. however, travellers should consider the noise due to poor acoustic control here within the building and between rooms and upstairs levels. A perfect hotel to stay! We had a good room with a view over the city street. The room and bathroom were clean, tidy and comfortable. The hotel is not near old quarter and a little outside of the city center. For us that was perfect: it was less busy and noisy around us. With the use of a taxi (for instance through the Grab-app, which is not expensive), you can quickly get to the city center. What made our stay perfect was the helpful staff. Our thanks go to Tina, Duong, Cuong and Long. They helped us well with all our needs. They arranged for trips and taxis when needed. We had a good experience and a very comfortable stay at the hotel, thanks to the helpful staff.

커플들이 숙박하기에 너무 좋고 가격조 좋고. 일단 깨끗하고 벌레 개미 없구요. 시내전망은 선택 안해서 전망은 없었지만 자기에 조용했고. 근처에 동다랑 가깝고 카페랑 맛있는 식당들도 있고. 술집도 좀 괜찮은곳 있고. 좋아요! 가격대비 최고!!!! 냄새도안나고 시트도 깔끔한거같고 드라이기. 체중계. 다리미 다 있어요. 냉장고도 커요! 히터도 빵빵하구 직원들이 너무너무 친절해요★★★★★

Very roomy by Hanoi standard. Nice decor with good lighting and large bathroom. Nice neighborhood close enough to Hoan Kiem lake and also other neighborhoods. Can tell that this property geared toward Japanese expats and that’s a good thing as reflected by their service and decor. Bonus is nice on premise cafe. Service is nice to very good but it’s hard to find outstanding service in Vietnam
