Amazing, staff that is amazing, very healthy rooms with great location and nice decoration. Cannot say enough good things relating to this hotel. Have gone back twice to keep and most probably will a final time or whenever I am in Hanoi. For the cost, you cannot match this hotel. The nicest staff members you could actually request. Highly suggested when staying in Ha Noi. You will not be disapointed Nothing to complain

Apartment is new & The room was clean, staffs are very kind and location is good to stay for a while. Just one thing when I stayed t the apartment, other rooms screaming was so loud at night (maybe a doing $%&*) so I guess the rooms sound go through outside easy. but outside is very quiet at night!! Totally it was really good apartment to stay but just be care for the sound.
