Good stay

Overall this was a good stay at this beautiful hotel. We did pass on some direct feedback in regard to some minor issues with the room bathroom which was well received by the hotel manager Alex . Apart from that everything was excellent . Staff were lovely , room was comfortable . Foyer is beautiful

An absolutely stunning hotel. Located right in the heart of the Old Quarter, with an easy walk to train street, and Hoan Kiem lake, as well as St Josephs Cathedral, it really couldn't get better. The rooms were clean and spacious, breakfast was outstanding, and the rooftop bar has amazing views day and night. The staff made the stay though. They were all welcoming, kind, incredibly helpful and brilliant with the kids. Eugene welcomed us and kept in touch with us throughout our stay to ensure we were happy. They really couldn't have done more. He was very thoughtful and provided wonderful service. I thoroughly recommend this hotel, and we'd definitely book again if we come back.

Great Gem of a Hotel in the Best Location

GM Premium is a gem in the heart of the Old Quarter. Brilliant service and location. We had two adjoining rooms which were well appointed and great shower pressure and we were on the quiet side of the hotel. The rooftop bar and restaurant had a nice view. Thơm - the Front of House Manager was our personal concierge who gave us the best service.she recommended spas, manicures, restaurants and did all the booking for us. Communication was excellent via WhatsApp. Checked were were ok and her high level of care was lovely to experience. Warm welcome from all the staff throughout. Don’t hesitate to book this amazing hotel which is in the best location to reach all the main sights- we didn’t use a taxi/grab once as we walked everywhere! Thank you Thơm and her team for a wonderful stay.

Hanoi's best hotel!!!

Staff was excellent from the time we arrived to the time we left. Special thanks to Peter Nguyen who was outstanding and went out of his way to always make sure we had everything we needed including sourcing smaller slippers. We also loved Thom (aka Pineapple). She always had a smile very afternoon when we returned and was so warm and hospitable. The area is right in the heart of shopping and is an easy walk to the Norte Dame. The breakfast was fantastic and had so many choices. The skybar had. amazing views of the city. We would definitely stay here again. Love this hotel. TWO THUMBS UP!

Hanoi stay

Loved our location and our hotel staff were absolutely incredible. They gave us invaluable recommendations for local food close by. They also stored our baggage after check out, and got us a taxi to the airport for a price cheaper than the “grab” app. The rooms were clean and the hotel bar was beautiful. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
