Lots of screw ups.
I gave this place two chances. On my first stay, they had lost my reservation, so I had to sleep on the couch in the common room (all other hotels were fully booked because of a festival). (Yes they refunded me that night but I didn’t want a refund, I wanted a bed…) I stayed here again at the end of my trip and they put me in a mixed dorm when I had booked a women’s dorm. There were a lot of other smaller problems too. The location is great, the beds are nice (lots of shelves and storage), but I can’t recommend them until they get organized.
