The rooms are good (a bit small, but common in this area of Hanoi). Includes Breakfast. But the thing that sets this hotel apart from all others is the staff. They talk to you, not at you. They are available to answer any and all questions you have. They all speak English very well. I would give them 6 stars in staff if I could.

This property has a very good location to old quarter. It is right in the heart of the touristy area for shopping in the market, being close to old quarter and french quarter. Staff were very helpful, English was spoken, staff would go a step beyond to help us.

This hotel is in a wonderful location near the lake, puppet theatre and other attractions. The staff are so lovely. Manager Jackie and his team will do everything they can to help you have a wonderful stay in Hanoi. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but it is the staff that makes this property stand out. Wonderful. Would stay here again.
