The staff was amazingly helpful and always friendly--they all greeted you with a smile and were eager to help. I had an absolutely fabulous time in Hanoi, and it was in large measure because of this hotel.

What an amazing hotel with the happiest staff I’ve seen in Vietnam. Jackie the manager was truly amazing from when we arrived to when we left. Giving us all the information of where to shop, see, eat and go to train street. Highly recommend hotel for everybody’s needs and Jackie will go out of his way to help you. Breakfast was amazing fresh, big variety and a great view of the city. The rooftop bar was great, very hot in June though but lovely in the late evening. The pool was the coldest pool in Vietnam I’ve been in, refreshing and a lovely area with a few lounges. Definitely will stay again.

Wonderful hotel and staff! We only stayed one night on our way to SaPa but Jacky, Ms. Kate, Ms. Mei, and Mr. Happy were extremely welcoming and hospitable. Helped us out with booking a massage and getting us to the meeting area for our bus the next day. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a place to stay in Hanoi!

Luxury Boutique hotel in Old Quarter, good location. Breakfast is quite delicious. Room and bathroom was spacious for my family. Location near the popular Cathedral & plenty of eateries nearby. They provide Hanoi tour, which I appreciate so much. I registered for City Tour, Ninh Binh & Ha Long Bay Tour. Their staffs were very caring, helpful, informative and they speak english well. Had an amazing stay at this hotel! Jacky, Ding, Anna & Kate couldn’t do enough for us, they were very attentive and kind. The room was upgraded and it was 5*!! so clean and spacious, beds were comfy. We also both used the spa which was lovely too! The decor was fresh and modern. They even sorted us a transfer to the airport! Thank you soo much!!

Probably the most attentive staff we ever met in a hotel! From the great reception, to the cleaning, the bar, the spa, the travel By Jacky manager planning the Halong Bay Cruise for us and online shuttle service and the amazing breakfast team, everyone went above and beyond ! Impressed with Vietnames and in particular Splendid hospitality!! 100% recommended. Rooms clean and modern, excellent location and great spa. The little rooftop pool is actually quite large for Hanoi standards and the drinks made on the rooftop terrace so beautiful!

Splendid Premium Hotel - A Wonderful Stay! The hotel is beautiful, with spacious and very clean rooms. Breakfast was delicious, and the view from the rooftop terrace was especially impressive. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of the city, close to restaurants, lively areas, and very convenient for getting around or joining local tours. The only minor downside was that the walls seemed a bit thin and the soundproofing wasn’t perfect. However, it didn’t bother us much — it was only noticeable for about 20 minutes in the morning when other guests were checking out. What truly impressed us was the quality of service and the dedication of the staff. Anna, Kate, May, and Jacky at the front desk were incredibly friendly and kind to me and my daughter. They gave us very helpful advice and helped us book a perfect Halong Bay cruise. Not only were they professional and attentive, but they also took the time to chat, get to know us, and make us feel truly welcomed — like friends rather than just guests. Thank you for the warm hospitality and the thoughtful little gift for my daughter at the end of our stay. Every member of the staff was extremely accommodating, making our vacation feel relaxing and truly memorable!
