Unforgettable - TopNotch comfort & lovely servic

We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were of a good size, the bathroom was clean and also well-sized. Water pressure and hot heater all worked well. The beds were firm, pillows and duvet were perfect. The only downside to our room was the lack of a proper window-the one above our bed had poor insulation and we felt a draft over our heads at night when we opened the window shade. The location of the hotel was superb- easily accessible by ride shares, close to eateries, a grocery, St Joseph’s cathedral and the lake. The hotel pick up service, though with a fee was comfortable and on time. The best part were the people and service - front desk staff Jamie, Steve and Sun were exceptional- they made our family feel at home & catered to our needs. Our kids love Sun who is knowledgeable and sweet. Jamie was easy to communicate with even before we arrived at the hotel. Daily breakfast buffet was a highlight- food was tasty and slightly different everyday so it was never boring. This will be our family’s choice again if we come to visit Hanoi. It was unforgettable staying here! Loved it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Minerva. We were greeted very warmly with Kate. She’s the best! Gave us lots of recommendations for local foods and activities. The hotel offered shuttles to and from airport for a small fee which was very convenient. Breakfast was great! Hotel was walking distance to alot lof good foods and shops. Our room was perfect! Super spacious with very comfortable beds. Exactly like the pics posted, even better in person. 10/10 would recommend Minerva if anyone is looking for a hotel in old quarters. All the services here are top notch!

Absolutely amazing stay! The service levels of the staff were top notch. Instead of ordering a Grab to head to the airport, they arranged a much more comfortable SUV at same cost. Great location and walking distance to all the fantastic food and attractions. Shout out to Jamie Vu, phenomenal hotel manager.

Amazing stay.

My stay at your hotel was an excellent stay and it met my expectations. I loved it and I do highly recommend it to the world and yes I will come back again and definitely stay with this hotel. The Hotel was conveniently located, the food was awesome, The staff was above and beyond excellent” Mr Sony did a fantastic service for us buy ordering some soul food “chicken” which was Vietnamese style. Exceptional experience

The best hospitality we’ve ever experienced. Sun went above and beyond with our accommodations and even sent us a list of recommendations after she was off work. We were very comfortable throughout our stay. They packed us breakfast to go for our journey to Sapa at 6am. The service from everyone was exceptional. Couldn’t be happier to have chosen this hotel for our first time in Hanoi.

Best hotel in Hanoi!

Amazing experience staying at Minerva in a great location. Staff were so incredibly welcoming and helpful, including complimentary extras, great local advice and even looking after our luggage after checking out for an additional 2 day. The hotel restaurant Cocinia has recently opened for dinner service and is absolutely fantastic. Definitely will be returning the next time I am in Hanoi.

We loved our stay here, the only issue was we thought there was a pool available for use(our kids are 6&11) so this was very important them. Unfortunately it’s an huge jacuzzi available to certain rooms booked. If I was to stay again I would make sure I booked this room(full Time of jacuzzi is at least two to three hours). The staff did their absolute best to try and over come the incorrect advertising when booking. Really lovely stay and great staff but no pool.

Wonderful property and the best staff ever! They were so kind and helpful. They gave wonderful recommendations and booked our trip to Ha Long Bay. The breakfast was delicious and full of variety. When it was time to leave, they scheduled a car for us and even walked us out. Just an amazing experience overall!
