Welcome to the Arrowhead Summit, located in the Birchwood Farms Golf and Country Club community.
Located 5 miles to Downtown Harbor Springs, 9 miles to the Highlands at Harbor Springs, 11 miles to Nubs Nob, and 15 miles to Petoskey/Bay Harbor.
Winter Amenity - Utilize our Ski locker for your equipment at The Highlands at Harbor Springs. Details will be shared upon your arrival.
Immediately upon entering our home you are greeted with a stunning stonewall fireplace within an open concept living room and kitchen. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a large island, perfect for catering to your group. The dining table can accommodate 12 guests with additional bar seating at the island.
Enjoy the morning or evenings in the sunroom, featuring an electric fireplace. Patio seating is also available on the upper deck, with Lake Michigan views. Not to mention the gas grill is available for the grill master in your family.
The main floor offers a master suite with a king bed, walk-in closet and large master bath with double vanity, heated floors and a walk-in shower . A guest room featuring a king bed, and an additional guest bathroom with a shower and tub are also available on this level.
Heading upstairs to the second level, you will find an open concept gathering room with a TV and sofa sleeper. The second level also offers additional guest rooms, featuring a twin over full bunk room, a full size bedroom and the other room featuring a king bed. A guest bathroom with a walk-in shower is also located on this level.
Join the fun on the lower level with another family room, combo paddle board table and pool table, along with a bar area and walkout access to the lower deck, featuring a fun ski chair lift swing. Additional amenities including the hot tub and treadmill are also located on the lower level, with an adjacent shower and bathroom.
Additional sleeping accommodations are available on the lower level offering a 2 twin beds with a bunk bed, a king bedroom and a queen bedroom with an additional guest bathroom.

In the Winter you are just a short drive from Boyne Mountain, Boyne Highlands or Nubs Nob.
In the summer, you can enjoy fee based amenities or choose to drive a short distance to many Northern Michigan beaches in Good Hart, Harbor Springs and Petoskey.


**Our home is located in the Birchwood Community. 4-wheel drive is recommend in the winter season. All guests will be required to complete a rental registration form and follow very strict HOA Rental Rules and Agreements. This home is not suitable for hosting events and has a maximum occupancy of 20.
Birchwood Farms Golf and Country Club amenities include 27-holes of golf, driving range, racquet sports, seasonal heated outdoor pool, fitness center, and Clubhouse dining. If you would like to use any of Birchwood amenities during your stay, you may opt-in to the Access Fee of $750 (May 1-September 30) or $250 (October 1-April 30). If you choose to use the amenities- Payment along with submission of corresponding paperwork must be completed 7 days prior to your arrival.

A maximum of six (6) Renter Access Cards are issued per rental property/rental period. Cards are active only during the days of your rental period. Cards must be shown at all amenities and services for access. With the exception of the Renter of record- the other renter cards can be shared amongst all guests with max of 6 using them at any one time.
