With your own spacious dock, you'll have direct access to the water for fishing, paddling or simply immersing in the unmistakable magic of Maine's working coastline. Outside, discover a charming, fenced patio — ideal for a morning stretch or evening quiet time.

Inside, thoughtful design meets comfort. On the first floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen that flows into a bright breakfast nook, then into a sun-filled sunroom perfect for remote work or quiet contemplation. The living and dining area, anchored by sliding glass doors, opens to the deck so the outside becomes part of the everyday. Entertainment options abound (games, Roku TV, DVD) and every detail—from furnishings to layout—speaks to easy-luxury vacation living. The upstairs wing offers three restful sleeping spaces: a master suite with king bed and en suite, a queen bedroom, and a loft with another queen tucked behind privacy drapes and screen. - The floating dock, accessible from a 30' ramp, has no swim ladder. The floating dock can also accommodate a canoe or kayak. No motorboats are permitted.

- There is one parking spot available for guests in the garage

Such a wonderful place to stay! Lots of windows looking out to the water and a beautiful deck over looking the water. All the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need. It was super clean. Great location with easy access to the interstate to visit nearby towns. Would stay again.
Loved sitting on the deck watching the boats and the osprey.
Great food right down the road....a must!

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed this property. The deck overlooking the harbor was a nice place to sit out and have coffee & drinks. The house is very roomie and has everything you need. You will not be sorry if you book this property.

Amazing Place

My husband and I, along with another couple, decided to stay here to celebrate our 10th anniversary. This place was CLEAN and had BEAUTIFUL views. We would definitely recommend if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful place to relax.

Serenity by the water

The house was comfortable for three adults and extremely well outfitted. What we liked best is the closeness to the water, whether we were sitting outside on the deck or inside on a couch gazing out through huge windows. We will return!

Wonderful getaway

The house was wonderful! The views were amazing. The house has everything you need. The hosts are very responsive. We stayed during a snow storm but no worries because the hosts were on top of snow removal. Excellent place to relax and spend time with friends.

Wonderful Home and Location!

We loved this house and the location. We have family in Bath so it was very close by. The view was beautiful! Our kids enjoyed the house and playing out on the dock. We would definitely consider renting again if we return to Maine!

Wonderful spot on the coast of Maine

For a getaway to the Maine coast, for a couple or family, this is a great location. Waterfront property, close proximity to Brunswick, wonderful seafood - fresh catch to cook on the grill or go to a local restaurant, explore the coast, numerous hiking trails within minutes. Plenty of room for the family....we enjoyed the visit!!

Great home in mid-coast area!

My family of three was very comfortable staying in this home while visiting Maine. The home is easy to drive to, has a great layout, and is large enough to host a large family dinner if needed. The views are great and the area seems very safe. We will definitely be coming back!

Great property and location

The property was great. Very well kept and homey feeling. Management company was great to deal with and extremely accommodating A nice place to unwind and relax. Only 20 minutes to all the major shopping outlets in Freeport. Will definitely see if it available again for next fall.
