The stay was terrible. First the toilet was constantly running making a loud sound. Then while I was showering another couple tried entering my room which really scared me. The people said they were booked the same room. After this happened chose to checkout right away not staying the night. The front desk clerk said I could talk to the manager the next day and apologized for double booking the room and said she would make note of the running toilet. I called today to speak with the manager and the front desk clerk said the manager was out of town. Then said that there’s nothing they could do for a refund because I had three people stay in a king suite. I checked in with my husband by the way and then the front desk clerk said that the room was never double booked then she said she was the manager. This hotel is so negligent. They made up lies and completely disregard everything I went through there. I’m even nervous I won’t get back the $50 deposit I had to put down on the room I never slept at. The worst experience. If anything happens your on your own because they don’t care. I do not recommend this place.

The breakfast was cheap and processed. Bread products, two kinds of cereal, Activia yogurt, muffins. Coffee was the worst I've ever had in my life, and I'm not fancy -- I stick to Great Value and economical brands. The door of our room had dust sticking to it. The upholstery of the armchair next to the beds had old food stuck to the arm. It made me realize how much a regular cleaning staff pays attention to detail because Sleep Inn's cleaning staff does not to a full detailed surface clean at all. Even the water coming out of the faucets and shower was cold (it was snowy and December) -- I don't know if this is to save money for the hotel, but it just seemed like everything was lower quality, including the temperature of the bath. On the plus side, the beds, pillows and sheets were comfortable. The staff was very attentive and helpful and the parking was standard, convenient.

Room was a standard hotel room and served its purpose, but there was food left from the previous guest in the refrigerator so I question how well they clean. Our room was right next to the lobby and at 4am there was a man pounding on a door next to ours and yelling for someone, this went on for over 10 minutes and no hotel employees reacted
