Just here for one night and got to the room late. Comfortable beds, and clean room, but the toilet didn’t work properly, the shower was lukewarm with low water pressure and the shampoo dispenser was empty.

The carpet was very stained. The room attendant made beds and left new towels but did not clean sink or tub. The bathroom door was very dirty-i washed it.

The hotel room had MOLD on the curtain and MOLD on the air conditioner slates. I reported it (fear of Legionaires Disease) and was told someone would take care of it. Although I was told someone came to the room (by another person staying in a room), the MOLD was never addressed. I did tell them about it as I was leaving. Also the manager (I think he was the mgr) was RUDE and unresponsive to needs of his staff and guests). He was tall. One of my parties asked if they had peanut butter for toast and his reply was curt and just "No" and walked away. I saw him several times and he NEVER was smiling period. The front desk needed help (the computer wasn't working), he came over and NEVER said a word to the front desk person or us waiting in a line to check in. The front desk personnel lwere delightful, but not the mgr. Not to the guests and not to the personnel. Ashame

The hotel is ok, it was clean. The pool was cold, and one of the cleaning lady just came in our room with out knocking to see of we were descent. Our soups were not replaced the 2 nights we stayed there.

Ants in the room. Paid for a room with 2 queen beds and it had 2 double beds. It took 20 mins to check in (no line). Charged room to card i gave for incidentals and not the card i reserved room on after specifically asking.

Staff was friendly, but hotel was fairly basic. It was pretty clean overall but with a little bit of a stuffy smell. Our room had a little spill leftover on one of the night tables and it hadn’t been vacuumed too well near the couch, but other than that it was ok. Not a lot of breakfast options, especially not healthy ones. Overall I’d say it was just a basic hotel, we got what we paid for.
