Hotel room was nice hot tub was great. Breakfast was good. Young lady who took care of Breakfast bar was constantly refilling and cleaning the bar. Didn't use the pool (which this little fish wanted most) it was very cloudy and had a very strong chlorine smell. You could smell the chlorine as soon asyou entered the lobby.???

We booked this hotel under the impression we were booking a clean, spacious king sized room. When we arrived, there was dirt tracked throughout the room and into the bathroom area, our bed sheets had what looked to be beard or pubic hair on it (multiple pieces might I add), the shower, bed frame, and eating area had a THICK layer of dust, and our towels had hair intertwined within them. We attempted to contact the front desk yet no one was there (or no one bothered to answer the phone). The location is sketchy and there was a car that would park behind the building and beep multiple times at early morning hours and looked to be selling something out of their vehicle. Not to mention the parking lot is a disaster and directly next to an abandoned or barely used restaurant property. They offer a continental breakfast yet serve freezing cold sausage and allow other guests to completely destroy the waffle maker by coating it in a layer of waffle mixing and leaving it. There was an attendant who was restocking and checking the breakfast area yet did not clean or attempt to fix the situation for other guests waiting. If you are going to book here, yes the rates are cheap but DO NOT fall for the photos. This was a complete scam of a listing and i did check the rating (8/10 when i booked). I suggest finding lodging even if it means paying a higher price. You truly get what you pay for.

One of the top tier facilities I've ever meet. Upper echelon in rooms and amenities at the affordable price, outside of one or two nighttime front desk operatives, if there were friendlier staff that wouldn't make you feel uncomfortable, unwanted and as if you were an undesirable outsider this would be hands down the best hotel I've ever visited!

Nighttime staff was friendly but I constantly felt as if I was unwanted and that my money wasn't good enough, which sucks because their facility and rooms is hands down my favorite, I'd almost consider staying there again just because of how gorgeous the rooms are.
