This hotel is a place you can stay for a quick night when you’re on a road trip and you just need somewhere to rest. The room was clean. The breakfast area was clean. The hot tub had a disgusting film and a rim around it. The pool area had dirt in here on the floor. The room in our TV did not work. I advise the front desk clerk twice. He finally came to assist after about an hour. He was unable to fix it or offer us another room. I booked two rooms during this stay because we had a large group. We had three adults and four children. The TV did work in the second room. The breakfast was average. A waffle maker, coffee, tea, cereal, sausage, juice.Overall, you get what you pay for it was very inexpensive and we really just needed somewhere to sleep.

Our visit was a total of 3 days. The staff were all professional and polite. The rooms need to be thoroughly cleaned. Our room was not cleaned during our stay, no change of towels, trash collection, or floors cleaned. There were human pubic hairs on the floor in the bathroom. The electrical was sketchy at best.

Front desk staff did not indicate that there was a ramp to use to take my luggage from the first to the second floor when I asked about an elevator on check in, so I carried it up the steps only to later find a ramp on the other end of the hall. Later, front desk helped to resolve my desk lamp that was not working. They didn´t stop until I had a workable lamp! Public area carpets and floors were dirty for the whole stay. Hot tub did not work. They ran out of fruit and yogurt for the 2nd day´s breakfast, so there were no healthy options to have.

I believe that the hotel is overpriced. I requested a suite and came basically to an empty space. It was lacking furniture and the floors were very dirty. The shower tub was sinking, and the plumbing was bad. The sink and the shower would not drain properly so you have to stand in dirty water as you showered. The breakfast room is very small and they were short on staff. They ran out of food and people were waiting in patiently with their children for one staff member to run the breakfast room. Smell of skunk weed was in the air. I could go on, but I definitely would not recommend this hotel.
