Upon arrival staff was extremely rude and cursing for no reason he was very unprofessional the room probided was not what i paid for at all they also put way too much chemicals in the pool and hot tub the tub in my room looked gross there was no option for shower or bath it was always both cuz it was broken very disappointed for th3 cost choice hotels wouldve been a better option

The room was decent, but not the cleanest. There were some unknown stains/spots on the walls and door. There was hair in the tub. The hallway smelled very strange. And the pool area smelled so strongly of chlorine it burn our eyes.

The first room we got, the tub had just been glazed 20 mins before we checked in. (tub was still sticky.) in the smell is unbearable! second room 101, completely smelled like cigarette smoke. Third room 211 after being in there for 10 minutes the toilet clogged. Took maintenance about two hours to fix the problem. Didn’t have access to a bathroom or shower for that entire time. Then when they clean the bathroom, they use the same towel to wipe the floors and the toilets at no time did anybody clean the bathroom with a mop of all the fecal matter am rubber gloves that they pulled out of the toilet because if it was clogged. Every floor had trash on it for hours at a time. The pool room was never cleaned once in the 2 nights we stayed. The clock was wrong in the pool room so when I went to get a cup of juice before the breakfast dining room all closed it was too late. It was 9:05 AM and couldn’t get me a cup of juice so I could take my medicine. I am a diabetic. People will still eating in the dining hall at this time. They were very upset that we needed to change rooms due to the issues. Our toilet clogged then we had to call them again to come do it again.(same toilet) there was hair all over the toilet when we came. Mouse poop under my bed. Second night fire alarm goes off at 3 o’clock in the morning and they couldn’t tell us if there was an emergency or not. They just hung up the phone at the front desk on us when we called down. This has been an absolute nightmare,

Yes my room was neglected not once did they come in to clean it change bedding or even towels i had to ask for towels yhe fireplace was broken the elevator was broken had to carry 5 days worth of stuff up 3 floors by myself and I have medical issues only ice machine that worked was full of black mold

Room was terrible and not clean, I’m questioning if they have bed bugs as we woke up with bites on us the ceiling was falling down onto the floor and my infant was picking up pieces of plaster and trying to eat it. The service was terrible no one cared about how your stay is even when you bring up room concerns I also booked a suit and was not given that. Pool and hot tub were disgusting look like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. I was appalled staying here and I will never go back nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone this place is a hazard and should be condemned.

The room was extremely dirty. There was a lot of hair in the bathroom and on the sheets of the bed the floor was almost black with dirt the entire hotel smelled of pot and chlorine.. The staff knocked on my door telling me my sister had to leave even though she came to pick me up because I have a broken leg. They said it’s against policy to have any visitors. It was not stated anywhere on the booking. I have multiple pictures of how filthy the entire place was the amount of noise in the hallways by the staff in the morning was ridiculous. I requested extra garbage bags by three different people and no one showed up so I went out and bought them myself.. The towels already had dirt on them and what looked like blood. There was remnants left from the previous person who stayed in the room lots of garbage.. The elevator did not work and the person checking me in was extremely nasty and said the top floor needs to be thrown away.. when I requested the bottom floor for the broken leg he stated it’s a holiday. You get what you get.. we even booked another hotel just to get out of that one. It was a terrible stay. I thought the Ramada had a good name. I was a very wrong. I would never go back to another Ramada. There was a used condom at the bottom of my bed on the floor and someone’s hair all over the bathroom. I refuse to take a shower there . I travel a lot and that was a horrible experience. The amount of chlorine in the pool area was burning everyone’s eyes

The man wh checked me in had an attitude and wasnt the nicest but other then that everything was great room was clean bathroom was clean pool and hor tub were fantastic my son really enjoyed the pool n hot tub. One of the rooms was dirty - the floor wasn't mopped, the counters were dirty, the pillows and the sheets had stains. I had to call them to change the sheets, give new pillows, wiped down the chair, the counter and mopped the floor. It was disgusting. The other room, riggt before we left this morning, we saw a bedbug

First, the fireplace (AKA the whole draw of the room I booked) was broken. Then, not only was the jacuzzi tub disgusting and definitely not cleaned, but we found BEDBUGS. YES BEDBUGS. When reported to the front desk, they didn’t even offer a refund immediately, but they simply tried to transfer us to the room next door to the bedbug room!!!! Upon inspection of said replacement room, my partner and I decided it still looked disgusting and were uncomfortable staying. The front desk didn’t handle the situation as adequately or urgently as one would expect in such a situation. And, to make matters worse, they didn’t even seem surprised that there were bedbugs!!!! Anyways, wouldn’t recommend. Not clean and not the best customer service.
