Across the street is the 580 acres of Mid Mich College with miles of hiking & great Mountain Biking Trails & new disc golf course

20 miles plus of single track mountain bike trails a 5 minute ride away

Lots of fishing & beaches nearby... 20 lakes in 20 miles but many within a few minutes which beaches and boat launch... want to know which one to go to... just ask us we know!

Enjoy dining & shopping in nearby Clare (15 minutes) or Harrison

ATV or dirt bikers with love the 90 miles of the Leota Trail system only 15 minutes north

Warmly appointed has a cozy cabin feel and is set up for 4 guests total

2 cozy bedrooms (both queens) a small kitchen and dining area with a possible workspace counter... Living area with a large 12 x 20 lit deck to enjoy the outside

Bathroom with stall shower sink and toilet

Cozy and quaint with a cabin feel is the vibe nothing fancy just a relaxing place to enjoy
Guest access The entire space and yard too

Need some action Soaring Eagle Casino is 25 Minutes away for gaming concerts and live entertainment!

Other things to note:

No parties no events registered guests only on property limit four (strictly enforced)

No smoking inside (again enforced)

!!!Absolutely no hunting or discharge of firearms on property...I hunt this land please respect that and just don't!!!

(noise monitors and cameras on property we will know and ask you to leave if you do not respect our simple rules)

RULE #1 Is to relax and have fun but be cool and follow our rules!
