Excellent service as always

As always we had a wonderful stay, our room was on the 11th floor with amazing views of the city. Our check-in was with Mae and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Only one negative, the pillows are not good. Overall a lovely stay.

Got there to find the 2 EV chargers advertised weren’t working Complained to receptionist to be told hadn’t worked for a while and not due to be repaired for months We only had a couple of miles Explained this and was told not their problem as from a third party, Nightmare place

Well situated hotel, which meant that the areas we wanted to visit were easily accessible on foot. The room was clean and comfortable, and staff were quick to respond to our complaints regarding a guest in another room smoking.

Great location and room comfortable. Housekeeping unfortunately lifted my laundry bag from the back of the bathroom door with the towel by mistake. However I have to say the staff were really kind and helpful especially the housekeeping manager and supervisor. They pulled out all the stops to retrieve the bag from the commercial laundry & kept me updated by phone and email. took a bit of time but got it back. Can’t thank them enough.

The young lady at reception her name began with. E was lovely and friendly. The room was ok but ready for an update and there was an awful noise all night from an air con unit or something. Would stay again perhaps if not near the noisy unit.
