Amazing Lakefront Property

Affectionally referred to as The Lake House, this is a beautiful waterfront property with a large deck overlooking the lake and positioned on a private lot on route 147/Baileyville Road in Middlefield. The house has water views from most of the rooms with a great kitchen, dinning area, living room, office on the first floor. The 2nd floor has three bedrooms, two baths and a laundry room. The master bedroom has a balcony overlooking the lake and the bathroom has a jacuzzi/whirlpool tub.
A large deck offers a panoramic view of the lake. The lower level has the 4th bedroom, kitchenette and full bath. There is a beach and dock on the property which is shared with neighboring cottages.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be within walking distance of Indian Springs Golf Club. Features include laundry facilities. Free WiFi and in-room jetted baths are available in the holiday home.
