Room was clean; the bed was too soft and my back is still suffering. Check out girl was lovely Hate how all the food was in disposable one time use containers and silverware. What a disaster for the planet.

The bed was very comfy! The location central to our needs. However, we gave a 4 because the shower curtain rod was supposed to be one that bowed out and instead it drooped down making the curtain slide to the middle… no matter our best efforts- we got water all over the floor. The following is not the hotels fault but it sounded like someone was tap dancing in the room above us, so I would recommend a top floor. The pancake machine was not working, but the cinnamon roll is always great! Nice selection of yogurt.

Besides giving our room to a unrelated guest, that’s not with our party after we had checked in And probably the worst oatmeal I’ve ever seen. Everything was great. But to me, it’s a serious breach of standards, privacy and safety!

The parking area was very unsafe. It was poorly lit. There was only the front entrance. My grandson and I arrived after dinner, the lot was very dark, we had to park in the back side of the building, a young Mom with two very small children came up to us afraid to enter because there was a brawl in the front by the entrance. No one was at the front desk when we entered therefore we couldn’t report the incident. The yelling was loud enough to hear from our third floor room with windows closed and continued for around 45 minutes. My grandson and I were uncomfortable the entire night. We would not recommend this hotel and we will not be returning ever.
