• This 2 bed/ 2 bath condo is a professionally decorated non-smoking unit. It offers a fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. There is also a full sized washer/dryer unit.
• The condo has a combined dining and living area with modern contemporary furnishings. There is a beautiful private covered patio with chairs and a chaise lounge. This patio walks out to the pool.
• The master bedroom has an en suite bath with marble countertop, a 32” LED TV with cable TV service, a Blu-ray player and offers large closets with a dresser.
• The guest bedroom has large closets with a dresser. The adjoining guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo and marble countertop.
• Each bedroom has air conditioning and also contains a remote controlled fan and two single beds - (the unit sleeps four adults in total). All linens are provided including beach towels.
• The unit has High speed internet connection, a land line phone for FREE local calls.
This is a ground floor condo with walk out to the pool and the lush tropical gardens. Margate Gardens is located across the road from the boardwalk and turquoise beach and is next door to the Lanterns Mall which has a bank, convenience store, pharmacy, boutiques and a food court, including Subway. Margate is also minutes away on foot from popular restaurants that offer Sushi, Mexican, Greek, Italian, Grilled Fish, Chinese, Tapas, Syrian and other International cuisines. In addition, the lively entertainment district called St. Lawrence Gap is only 4 minutes by car.
Bridgetown 'the city' is only 10 minutes away by car and public transportation is accessible right outside Margate. The Barbados Golf Course is on the way to the international airport which is only 20 minutes away.

We had a wonderful stay in Barbados, great weather friendly people. Our accommodation was home from home! well equipped , very spacious with air conditioning. Nicole is a great host communicates well, check in process simple and straight forward, ensure that you either print, screen shot the instructions or turn your data no there is no wifi access outside the unit. The pool is wonderful and quiet most of the time no fighting for sun loungers! excellent patio area for alfresco dining. And the dreaded task of laundry on return home was not a worry with access to a washer/dryer in the unit . The vibrant area has a beach across the road and glorious Carlisle bay close by, all areas can be accessed via a good bus route. However if you want to explore the island at your convenience it is worth hiring a car. There is a local store for groceries to manage the budget a quick trip to Oistins 15 minutes away you will find a supermarket with much better prices. Places to visit , animal flower cave swimming in the cave was magical, Harrisons cave is a must. The food wonderful flavours of the Caribbean, many eateries near by and Oistins fish fry on a Friday evening is a must! delicious aromas of Caribbean food Pats is the favourite large queue so get there early, music just lovely vibes! We also visited Oistins fish market on a Monday and Pats was open therefore purchased more food for the day beautiful sword fish grilled there and then. We will definitely be back.

We had an amazing stay in Barbados, and Nicole was a wonderful host from start to finish. The property was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Lovely first stay in Barbados

The condo was located on the ground floor at Margate Gardens with a small terrace close to the swimming pool. A lovely small, friendly and well looked after complex. The condo was spacious and well equipped although we only used some of the available facilities. The air conditioning worked well in each room which was great. A very good location with easy access to local bars and restaurants, transport and shops. Nicole was very helpful and checked. to make sure all was well. We would happily return.

Nicole was awesome! Very simple check in including an in person greeting soon our arrival. She was available in a timely matter when we needed to communicate with her. The location of her place is more than ideal. There are so many incredible restaurants within walking distance. The beach is across the street, for a perfect sunset view every night. Location is perfectly situated on the main road between historic Bridgetown and the lively areas of Oistins and St. Lawrence Gap.The pool is conveniently located 10 steps away from the units patio. The air conditioning was highly effective when we needed some relief from that Barbados heat. We cooked many meals in the kitchen and was equipped with all the necessities that we required. Thank you Nicole for an amazing stay!

The overall property was great the condo however could do with a bit of detailed cleaning my partner found a hair in the water filter and something on the bathroom door. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy to follow. the security at this location was also great and the owner allowed me to invite my family over for dinner and we truly enjoyed our first Christmas in 18 years in Barbados.

Nicole was super helpful and communicative, and her apartment is spacious and lovely. It's right across from the Hastings boardwalk and there's a great little shopping centre on the next block. Would stay there again. It was great.

This rental was better than expected! The apartment was spacious and clean and the outdoor patio area was an added bonus. The grounds are very well kept and the pool was welcoming. The area had everything you would need and being right accross from the beach was perfect. We were a bit loud one night, (we were there with many other Canadians in the area for a wedding) very sorry about that Nicole :)!!!

Fantastic apartment

This is a great apartment, very spacious, lovely pool area and grounds. It is an ideal location just across the road from the beach and walking distance to Rockley beach. It is close to a supermarket, bakery and bars and restaurants. The communication with Nicole was excellent and we had no issues at all. I would highly recommend this apartment and hope to be returning soon.

Fantastic spot and space!

The condo has a great open layout. The bedrooms are large with lots of storage and the kitchen is well equipped. The condo is on the ground level so going from inside to the beautiful gardens and pool is steps away. Can't beat this location with the beach across the street and having the boardwalk close for those strolls/exercise is also a perk. Lots of food options and easy transportation. I've been travelling to Barbados for 15 years and I'd definitely stay here again.

We just spent 9 wonderful nights in Nicole's beautiful condo. The condo looks just the pictures. The beds were comfy and the place had plenty of space for the four of us. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. The location of the place is ideal. It was perfect for catching the bus for our island adventures or crossing the street to enjoy the beach. We used the pool almost every night and we always seemed to have it all to ourselves. The gardens surrounding the condo are gorgeous. You have plenty of restaurants next door to chose from. I would definitely recommend staying here. It was a pleasure dealing with Nicole. Her condo made our trip memorable. We can't wait to return.

Fabulous location, fabulous accommodation and great host!

We travelled as a group of 4 ladies, two mums with two daughters, with one of our party having been to Barbados numerous times in hotel accommodation, but Nicole’s condo in Margate Gardens was far and away the best holiday rental for our group. Prior to arrival Nicole’s communications were efficient and speedy, check in was straightforward and we arrived to our home away from home. The photos are a true likeness to the apartment and it is stylish, well furnished and very comfortable. The Master bedroom, second bedroom and living space are all air conditioned, which was very welcome with the gorgeous weather we had. The condo is ground floor with a pleasant terrace with lovely outdoor furniture and seconds away from the communal pool. This too was perfect with the pool and grounds immaculately tended to and whilst there were other residents utilising the area it was never too busy or too noisy. Nicole has thought of everything in the property - Wifi, cable TV (although we did not use it!), landline phone, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. The kitchen was more than fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven and hob, with every last piece of crockery (and plenty of it), cutlery and utensil you could ever possibly need. There is a safe for valuables, and our only issue was not being able to operate it when we arrived. Nicole made a courtesy call to us on our first morning and within hours the safe was fixed – brilliant service. Linens and beds were hugely comfortable and beach towels, beach chairs, toys games, snorkel gear are all available in the condo for your use. We spent some evenings with our own eats and drinks on the terrace or in the indoor dining area, however the positioning of the apartment is perfect – across the road from the Boardwalk/beach and immediately next door to Lanterns Mall (supermarket to be found here for provisions) and only a short stroll from Champers and Tikki Bar. We fully utilised the ZR transportation that ran up and down the road to go to St Lawrence Gap, Oistins and in the opposite direction to Pebbles Beach, Bridgetown and further on up the West Coast. Nicole was a superb host, and is on hand for any issues that you may have but otherwise not intrusive and simply allowing you to enjoy her wonderful property. We loved it so much that we’re planning our return to Margate Gardens next year!

Paradise in paradise

Nicole and her apartment were amazing! The location was perfect to Carlisle Bay beach and on the way to Bridgetown, St. Lawrence Gap and our family. Nicole was available when we needed assistance and very happy to help. The grounds and the pool were perfect for relaxing and the apartment was cool when we wanted to avoid the heat. The grounds and the apartment are very secure. I will definitely rent this place again, we had a fantastic experience. Thank you Nicole!!!!

Fantastic apt & location

We were thrilled with our stay at Nicole’s beautiful apt! Absolutely perfect location for the beach ( across the road!) and dining ( also opposite apt), shopping ( mall next door) and exploring the island! My favourite feature was the stunning tropical gardens outside our patio and bedroom! So much better than some tiny hotel balcony! My two boys lived in the swimming pool just outside our verandah and played happily for hours! Nicole is absolutely lovely, a 5 star host who gave us some great tips on the best places to visit! Mosquitos can be annoying, but this is all over Barbados, so keep doors closed and apply your cream! We rarely return to the same place as too many places to visit, but we would happily return here again! A lovely 10 days!

Another great stay at this condo!

This was our second stay (a few years later) in this condo. We loved it just as much as the first time! Great location, right across from the beach. The condo is exactly as described and exactly as pictured. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and towels, beach towels and beach chairs are provided. We really enjoyed sitting on the patio and relaxing in the shade and breeze. Nicole was really good at getting back to us when we had issues and questions.

Nice accomodations with a few hiccups

The location is great. The apartment had all our needs. Nicole was a lovely host and went over and above to make our stay comfortable especially when we had issues. The dryer was not working and one air conditioner broke down. Although an inconvience she was quick to have these fixed. There were lots of mosquitoes in and around the entrances and we had trouble keeping them out. There had been a fair amount of rain so maybe they won't be as prevalent with different weather. The back setting is lovely with all the gardens. The beach was a short walk, local restaurants and grocery within walking distance or a short drive. As always Brabados is a fantastic Island and we always feel comfortable there.

The unit was lovely and very clean. Our hosts Nicole and Ray went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We were surprised that the rental included Netflix. We enjoyed the gardens and the poolast area and loved the location. Everything was nearby....lots of eating choices next door at the mall and the restaurant Tapas which is just across the road on the sea side. The unit was beautifully appointed. Thank you Nicole and Ray. We will be back soon!

Home away from Home

Nicole and Ray are great hosts. The condo boasts all the luxuries of home and then some. The unit is clean and beautifully decorated. The in-unit laundry is a plus. Having a pool just steps away from the back door was convenient for those late day dips to cool off. Margate Gardens is located close to the boardwalk & only a few minute walk to Rockley Beach. We had the opportunity to eat at Tapas. The restaurant is located across the street. The food was amazing. Oistins and The St Lawrence Gap are only a short drive away. Thank you Nicole and Ray for an absolutely amazing visit. Hope to see you both very soon.

Barbados Vacation

I was very impressed with the accommodations provided. It was very clean, spacious, and in a great location. The owner responded to our questions and concerns immediately which made planning the stay very easy. You definitely get more than what you pay for at this location, and I would recommend this to anyone. Great spot!
