After a scenic drive down Highway 12, you arrive in a small coastal village shaped by fishing traditions, salty air, and a slower pace of life. Here, the Villas of Hatteras Landing offer a peaceful home base at the edge of it all.

This comfortable one bedroom condo features a King bed and a Queen sleeper sofa, accommodating up to four guests. Coastal inspired decor reflects the maritime heritage of the Outer Banks, while flat screen TVs in both the living room and bedroom make it easy to unwind after a day at the beach.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with cookware, dishes, and utensils, making it easy to enjoy meals at home or reheat leftovers from nearby seafood spots.

When you are ready to explore, Hatteras offers plenty to discover. Visit the iconic lighthouse, explore the maritime museum, or head out for fishing, diving, or time on the water. Every experience is rooted in the natural beauty and history of the island.

Guests also enjoy the convenience of an on site office with friendly local staff available to help with recommendations and anything needed during your stay.

Weekly Discovery Memberships are $100 per person and can be purchased through the Village Beach Club website. KEES guests will receive an exclusive deal after booking your vacation rental for $25 off per person. Children 2 and under are free.

Parking passes are required for the Village Beach Club. Pricing is dynamic based on demand, with a maximum of $15 per day or $45 per week. The Village Beach Club pool is open from May 20 to October 1. The pool is open daily from 8:00am to 7:00pm with lap swimming available from 8:00am to 9:00am.
