Seaside Sanctuary - located in the Magic Square of Hawks Nest
Seaside Sanctuary is a single level home located in the Magic Square of Hawks Nest, walking distance to the shops, The Myall River, Bennett’s Beach, and Jimmy’s Beach what more could you ask for!
This large home is ideal to cater for a couple of families, with two living areas with split system air conditioners and ducted air conditioning servicing the bedrooms/study, there is plenty of room for all. Spend your afternoons hanging out on the back deck, cooking up a storm on the BBQ or playing a game of backyard cricket.
The yard is fully fenced allowing small children to utilise the lovely, grassed area or ride their bikes along the driveway. The Garage is not available for parking as it has been converted into an extra family space, battle one another with a game of ping pong keeping the whole family entertained. Park the cars up once you arrive and let the family live the Hawks Nest lifestyle, strolling to all the local favourite spots.
